The mechanics here are INCREDIBLY rude. I pulled in on a Thursday morning to ask if they perform same day oil changes, to which the mechanic responded by holding a finger up to me, grabbing a business card, and saying you have to make an appointment. I politely explained that I was looking for same day service and THANKED HIM anyways, & turned away to get into my car. To my surprise, the mechanic threw his hands up, told me I was rude, and said "get out of my parking lot, you'll never find anyone to do same day service" & "BYE!!!! GET OUT OF HERE!!". I was nothing but kind and inquisitive about their services, which was met with blatant disregard for human decency. I ended up driving across the street to Bert's Garage, and they were able to squeeze me in immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Take your business elsewhere! read more

I was just here a couple weeks ago AGAIN. The first time I went my alternator broke down and they were right across the street and were able to get the job done for me in a day which I appreciated. SAME thing happened again and I was told about a "loose" tensioner pulley that doesn't happen out of nowhere and I know for a fact it was ignored the first time I went. They gave me the run around. Made me wait really long. They got my car on a Tuesday and when I went back Thursday they were rude and hazma even expressed how he did not understand why I came back when he's had my car for 2 DAYS UNTOUCHED. There was such a lack of professionalism and care for my car that I will NEVER EVER come here AGAIN! Hamza gave misleading information that spark plugs were bad and needed replacement because 1) corona staining and 2) electrode wear. When I later confronted him with evidence from the manufacturer/online that neither of these things appear to be true, he changed his story to "yeah, but since you are there might as well replace it to be done with the problem." BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT HE TOLD ME when he was asking me to authorize the repair costs. He misled me to believe this was a necessary part of the job, when actually there is no evidence the plugs were worn to the point of malfunction and it was a different part (a bad ignition coil) that shorted out that was the actual problem of the misfiring cylinder. I believe he gave me misleading information about the condition of the plugs which then got tacked on to the job and ended up roughly doubling the cost of the repair. This is unacceptable and I will not be going back ever. read more

It began with the engine light on my trusty 2012 Fiat 500 flashing in the middle of Tuesday morning gridlock. I managed to safely get to my destination, call my usual mechanic who inexplicably turned me away without even knowing what the car problem was, so in a panic I began searching through Yelp. Enter Hamza, the knight in shining overalls... Not only did he fix the issue faster than I expected (I had the car back by Thursday after lunch) but he went above and beyond with a video thoroughly explaining and indicating the problem. When I picked up the car it had been washed and I received the most amazing surprise; t electrical locking mechanism which had been non-operational for YEARS was now fixed! (Trying to get to my trunk through the back seat is an Ironman challenge in itself) If you're looking for a mechanic who is talented, honest, kind, and straightforward Hamza is your man!
