A surprise problem immobilized my car in the driveway. Electrical repairs would be needed, and MANY others, too. i was referred to Elite Auto Repair. They provided courtesy towing for the car and rides for me. Everyone was courteous and professional. The problems were found, explained in detail, and the estimate seemed competitive for this area. The written estimate and invoice were straightforward. They offered a long warranty, so I approved the work. The repairs were done as specified, and they treated the car to some very nice extras as a welcome to the business. They even brought the car back to me when it was done. An indicator on the dash lit up soon afterwards and it was rechecked thoroughly. And they checked another warning light that came on at the same time that was unrelated to these repairs, at no extra charge. My 19 1/2 yr old car is o.k. now, roadworthy and SAFE to drive. Here's my experience with elite. My beemer broke down in the middle of the road on top of everything on weekend. I had their contact through an add because they give free towing. They came, picked me up, towed my car. Nick welcomed and made me feel like he is my mechanic for ages but gave me a min heart attack that repair is going to take time and will cost me $800. Having only 1 car and being on tight budget they helped me through whole time. Provided me a brand new rental car on their expense. Repaired my beemer over the weekend. In the end it does pay to work with a reputable company who after a couple heated phones calls, still picks up the phone with a friendly tone and wanting to work out issues.
