They even took the time to call us after business hours to work with us, answer our questions, and help us come up with a repair plan that fit within our budget. That level of care is incredibly rare. Rather than pressuring us to fix everything at once, they performed a thorough inspection of our 1998 Infiniti and took the time to explain every issue they found. They provided photos, walked us through each repair, and were completely transparent about what needed attention now versus what could wait. They even revised our estimate multiple times at my request so we could prioritize repairs without ever making us feel uncomfortable or pressured. When replacing our starter turned into a much bigger job because of severely seized bolts, they kept us updated throughout the day instead of leaving us wondering what was happening. Despite the extra work involved, they continued to communicate with us every step of the way. What stood out to me the most wasn't just the quality of the work--it was how they treated us. They showed genuine compassion, patience, and kindness. It honestly felt like they were helping a family member instead of simply doing business. We then found out that this was a family owned business and for us- supporting our community is huge. We decided to go with them. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we got the absolute best quality of work done. He had great communication skills & works efficiently. I had a bad alternator which turned out to also have bad pulleys, the wrong battery size, and a really bad oil change job by the husband. Kevin took care of me, he has fair prices, he took the time and showed me everything that was wrong and explained how it should work.
