Tony has completely renovated (demo, counters, flooring) at two of my properties. His timing, pricing and quality has been fair each time. He completed each of the jobs in the time indicated and worked with me when there were some modification needed. This is a difficult review that I have to share with you because the work performed by staff (Kim, tile installer was excellent) but owner (Tony) needs to improve on his communication and professionalism. The pros were; he showed up as planned to provide a quote, he started on scheduled date and the shower installation meets expectations and quality. The cons were; he didn't communicate effectively. He didn't send contract until after he tried to cash check but my bank notified me and I called him and reminded him to send the contract. He would not give me a schedule for when to expect workers. I asked him to please let me know in advance what day and what time to expect staff. He would show up unexpectedly after the worker were working and not let me know his presence. He argued about letting me know a specific schedule. He did not complete the shower within timeline as planned which caused delays for progress. I needed him to be professional and communicate to keep the project on track. He blamed the delay on parts when in fact, he was unset with me and I needed him to get done so the floor, drywall and paint workers could come through and start. He didn't keep his schedule commitment to finish the job, excuses for not returning due to personal reasons that he shared about staff, he mocked and waved at me via my security camera and talked negatively. I felt it was necessary to keep watch of all the workers presence. Overall, if you can get past the lack of communication and schedule commitment, you should hire to get your project done. STOP!!! Don't dare go anywhere else for your tile or stone project. I got Anthony's name from a neighbor. I loved her floors so I got Tridents number and spoke to Anthony. He immediately responded to me and came over to take measurements for the tile floor I wanted to put in. Anthony told me that his quote would be in my email box no later than 6 PM that night and BOOM! It was in my inbox before 6:00. Four days later Jorge and Mark showed up to demo my floor and reinstall my new tile. Jorge is a master craftsman. Laying perfect tile isn't easy, but you can tell that it's not just a job for Joseph. It's an art. I am very picky about who I hire because I'm sensitive about professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail. The Trident team brought all of this to the table and then some. My new floor looks incredible. I know each tile was perfectly placed and done right. Jorge and Mark put me at ease from the beginning and they did exactly what they said they would do at the exact time they said they would do it. I had NO stress going through our new flooring project. My next step is to get a backsplash in my kitchen and redo some bathrooms down the road. I already know Trident won my business. I just noticed and realized that I didn't leave a review for Trident Tile for retile of Bathroom Tub surround to over 8' height, just over a year ago. I'm sure I left a review on Home advisor or Angie's List but forgot Yelp which I use frequently. Made appointment with Anthony for estimate & was there within 15 mins of promised time. Anthony was fantastic. If he didn't pick up my calls, would always return my call soon as he was able to. Always communicated by calls or text and answered any questions or concerns we had in timely manner. After contracting work he showed up on the first day along with his tile layer to explain & make sure work to be done was understood by his worker & by us as well. The use of 3 dimensional tiles was going to be a challenge where cut tiles met. The job turned out great and still looking good. Sorry, I can't remember his workers name who did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend Trident Tile as long as Anthony is associated with them and will use them again for any future tile work. I'm sure there is always a possibility you might get a worker that's not as good as the one he assigned to do our work but confident he uses good tile layers. This place was just plain horrible! Installation Made Easy sent me Trident. I made an appointment and the day/time of, Anthony called me saying that one of his guys went home early so that we needed to reschedule, so I did. That was both unprofessional and a red flag right there... Anthony came to the following appointment and measured my floor. He said that I would have an estimate sent to my email the following day. I waited two days and nothing. I called him, he didn't answer, and I left him a voicemail to call me back. He never returned my call. I called him again and he said he sent me the email. I checked my inbox, spam, trash, and repeated my email to him. He said he would send to me again and I got nothing. I never called back and went with another company instead. Installation Made Easy scheduled this company to come to my house for a measurement and price quote of several rooms of tile installation that are current;y carpeted. 8a with a one hour window. At 8:11a I got a call saying that "the office couldn't locate the address on the map". I told him which subdivision we were in within Lake Las Vegas (a community with 25,000+ residents). I also explained the easiest way to get access through the subdivision's main gate. Never heard another word. Total no show. Very unprofessional. If you don't want the work because of my location at least man-up and grow a set and tell me that. Posting this review across as many platforms as I can find. Hired Anthony through Installation Made Easy. Installation Made Easy was fabulous. Great customer service and response to my concerns and questions. There were problems in every step and facet of the project and I felt supported by Installations the whole way. Red flags were there from The beginning. The initial measurements he made were off by 50% (I had done my own preliminary measurements prior to his arrival). Supply estimates by Anthony were a bit off also. Near the end of the project i had to run out and purchase 2 more boxes of tile. he split his 2 workers between several jobs extending the project from the estimated 3 days to over a week. Anthony was out of touch with the project after the initial consult and when the workers (who were generally very good and professional) had important questions that affected the outcome of the project he was not there to assist them. And, in the end, instead of taking responsibility for his errors and showing up personally to handle the fix timely, he remained detached and gave me the feeling the mistakes his workers made were somehow partially my fault (silly me, I thought hiring a licensed contractor meant they would be able to answer or get answers concerning a job that clearly falls within their licensure). Eventually the mistake with the flooring was repaired. But he didn't even show up for a final inspection to talk about it or make sure the job was done correctly. Other than that, the job was done satisfactorily. I'm sure somehow this review will be questioned or possibly deleted, but I have the receipt, pictures and voicemails supporting every fact in my review. A little customer service and taking responsibility for your shortcomings goes a long way. The 2 stars are for his workers who had to bust hump and figure how to complete several concurrent jobs with Anthony's scheduling. Good job, good luck to all. Peace. read more

This has been the worst experience ever. We needed flooring for our bathroom after a minor flood and this company destroyed our bathroom. When you call someone to make improvements to your home, you don't think you're going to have to do repair work after they leave. They left a big gouge in our cabinetry, leaving us no choice but to have our cabinets repaired and stained. We were inconvenienced with having our bathroom be unusable for several extra days, not to mention the added expense. Our calls to the owner went unanswered, leaving us very frustrated. I get this is Last Vegas, and people are flaky, but this is a whole other level of unprofessional. Beware calling this company, unless you want to do more work then you planned. read more

EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE. Don't call unless you want to waste your time. We had an appointment for him to come by our house to finalize our quote. After he as 10 minutes late, I called him twice to no answer. After 20 minutes, he finally responds to me saying his previous appointment ran late. If you have no respect for my time, you definitely will not be getting any of my money. Maybe if you have a big job, he's be more interested. We had a $700 job that clearly wasn't worth his time. I should have known better. It took five phone calls before this company even called me back. My common sense told me I should keep looking for a different company to work with, but I was just tired of making calls and dealing with these businesses who act like they could care less about your business. So, I should have seen the big red flags waving in my face telling me to run the other direction, but I ignored them. I don't think there was a single time I was not dealt with disdain and arrogance, although half of my calls went unanswered. This company was the worst. They were friendly at first until he got my deposit and then he acted like I was invisible. I just needed some simple tile work done for my kitchen remodel and it took 3 months before they even started work. I was given a two week time frame for completion, yet it took a toll of four and a half months to complete. I am very disappointed and they didn't even do a very good job. If you want a great bargain this is the place to go; just remember, you get what you pay for. GIGANTIC MISTAKE. I Lesson learned and I will never give this company my business again. read more
