When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair. CCS said the machine would not be ready until the following Tuesday, July 7, which I had to inform my tenant of the delay. I messaged as to when they would come on July 7, and they stated they were waiting to hear from the technician. At this point, I had already given my tenant $100 off her rent because of their bad business practice, therefore I said just forget it and found another great carpet cleaning company that came with the appropriate equipment and did an amazing job.
