Every time I come in he is able to adjust whatever I'm having issues with. For the most part, one visit takes care of my problem(s) unless I'm having more severe pain. He doesn't schedule unnecessary appointments. He will only ask you to schedule a follow up if he believes it's needed. You are in and out, no long waits. My partner has been suffering from sciatica flare-ups and has been in pain stemming from an old injury. We came in on 12/22 for his first adjustment. Doctor recommended he also wear the BaxMax back brace to relieve tension during the day while working. After an initial exam where my range of motion was tested and I was asked about the locations of my discomfort, they recommended I do a little bit of trigger point therapy and spend some time on their roller table. I was also given some pointers on stretches I could do at home and alterations to my sleeping habits that would help to improve my pain. It seemed to be much more conservative, but also thought out, than the typical "chiropractors crack your back" type reputation. While I was skeptical, I noticed that the work did help and I felt better. It became a tool in my arsenal to keep myself healthy and happy. The office is easy to find just off F street, immaculate inside, and kept quiet for patients in the various rooms. The staff is super friendly and remembered me after my first visit. An extra bonus that this office has some evening hours so that I didn't have to take off work. I billed through my insurance and had no issues.
