They probably won't like it, but they'll thank you later when they still have all their own teeth. My youngest is just wrapping up her time at Just for Kids. She was recently seen by Dr. Patwari and told me he was very nice. Soon she will move to Midtown Family Dentistry next door. She is starting to get too big for a kid's place. I first started coming to Dr. Gallagher in the Fall of 2009 when I had hurt my lower back. I hobbled in to the office, hunched over and in a lot of pain. After one treatment, I actually walked out (gently) standing upright! It was remarkable. After a journey of making changes in how I sit, stand, and perform daily tasks, as well as adding core-strengthening exercises to my routine, I have very little back pain. I continue to get adjusted every week, and here's why. The wonderful side-effect of receiving chiropractic adjustments those first few weeks actually kept me from having my "normal" allergies and asthma -- which had gotten so bad that I was on inhalants and medications for both problems for 6 months every year. When I noticed that I wasn't having the allergy problems, I decided to stay off the medications. I kept them nearby, just in case. I also kept getting adjusted at least every week. I was very pleased when I made it through the fall and spring allergy seasons with little or no problem, and was able to do so WITHOUT medications! Dr. Gallagher has become a wonderful friend and adviser. He is very knowledgeable about health, and has helped me tremendously with challenges that have come along. He is gentle and cares for his patients. I highly recommend him to everyone of any age! read more

As I was doing my 4th rep, my lower back gave out and I was in excruciating pain. I literally could not walk, sit, or stand without agonizing pain. The only thing I could do was crawl. Luckily my husband had been treated by Dr. Ryan before & raved about him so it was a no brainer for me to choose him as my chiropractor. Because the following day was New Year's Day, we weren't able to see him until the day after. I have never been to a chiropractor before and I was scared. Dr. Ryan was very warm & welcoming. So was the staff. We started out with a brief examination & then an X-ray to make sure that I was able to be adjusted that day. Even though it was painful, it had to be done. The next day we went over the results of the X-ray. He showed me the condition of my spine & it wasn't in good shape. It was due to an accumulation of past injuries, poor posture, and labor intensive jobs. He recommended that I have treatments 3 times a week for 12 weeks. The treatments differ from patient to patient & depends on what your needs are. After 1 week, I was able to walk normal, wash dishes, put on my own clothes & had minimal pain. I am almost done with my treatments now & the only thing I regret is that I didn't come here sooner. I wish I had known the importance of spinal health when I was younger.
