Do not take your clothes here. I got back my things, some of which weren't even cleaned. They offered to keep it and clean it more for an extra charge but I went home and sprayed a simple cleaner on it and got it out. They also scam you on pricing. I got charged incrementally more on the same cotton button downs than a friend of mine who dropped off the same button downs on the same day. Very odd. I have been coming here since 2009. I have to have all my suit jackets tailored at the waist and the lady who does alterations here does a great job. They lost me as a customer today, and here's why: 1) when I dropped off my cleaning, I had two suits that needed altering. They refused to help me as the tailor wasn't in at that moment. They also couldn't tell me when she would be in or what day she would be back. So, luckily I can sew and I pinned the jackets myself and wrote her a note on how they should be altered. 2) when I picked up my items (a day after they were ready) one item wasn't available. I wasn't called to be told that one item would take an extra 2-3 days. I don't live close by, so now I have to make an extra trip here to get it. 3) the system was down when I came to pick up my items. As I waited and waited (very patiently), there was no offer for my time. As a small business owner, if I inconvenience a customer, I ensure to compensate them for their troubles. A small discount like 10% off does wonders to keep a customer. Instead I was asked to go procure cash and come back to pay for my order. The process turned a 5 minute stop into an hour wasted. This company won many awards for being the best of the best, but the service I've gotten this week is sub-par, at best. read more

They ruined an expensive blouse of mine and didn't replace it. It had random bleach stains all over it and they didn't mention this when I picked up my clothes. I got home and saw the stains and called them shocked that they even charged me for this dry cleaning.... All they did was refund the price for the dry cleaning, which I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place.. read more

I love this place. Slightly overpriced, but I'm willing to pay bc the service and speed is awesome. Drop off something Tuesday morning, get it back with confidence that it will be ready Wednesday evening. Usually I just get laundry, but occasional dry cleaning. Either way, it's great. My dog threw up on my brand new silk coverlet. I was so bummed and pretty convinced that there was no way of getting the stain out. I took it into Elite Cleaners, showed them the stain, and prayed that they could work a miracle. Picked up the coverlet today. No trace of the stain! Beware of this place. I thought I would give them a try because they were in close proximity to my office. I was quoted a price when I dropped off the items by the manager, who should be pretty familiar with the pricing, only to be charged 30% more when I picked up my items. Her response at the time of pick up was that she misquoted me. I had asked for a call when the items were ready, but never received one. Recently I had two pieces of clothing returned with burn marks and holes after dry cleaning. When I asked about them, they said they came in that way and it was noted on the ticket. Instead of calling, however, they dry cleaned them and charged us. Initially they apologized and planned to replace the items. A week later, Elite Cleaners called back and started over about how they the items came in that way. Poor customer service after our 7+ years of loyalty. Absolutely no way my husband had burned the middle of the back of his shirt or the middle of the back of his pants. The only heat these items have ever had applied was from Elite Cleaners. Finding a new cleaner and will ask for a refund on dry cleaning the items they burned. read more

Unfortunately, we had a wedding dress that needed a "super" cleaning and thankfully I contacted Elite through a friend's recommendation. The dress looks new; pressed and hanging beautifully. The employees and owner are exceptional- that means kind, knowledgeable and take pride in their job and your satisfaction. They want a happy customer- you won't be disappointed! read more

I brought a dress there and they broke it then paid me for it. Then on a sepearate ocassion I brought a white scarf and I received it back with water stains and they blamed me for it even though I had pictures of it and never tried cleaning it myself because of the material. They still wanted me to pay for it. Additionally, I left another white dress there for a spot clean and they wanted to charge me $12 for it despite not actually cleaning the spot. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone. read more
