The suit he had ordered did not arrive in time, and the backup suit he had was previously stained by another dry cleaner. The stain had never been removed, so he asked American Dry Cleaners if they could try. Not only were they willing to take it on, but they were incredibly kind and kept him updated by calling to let him know they successfully removed the stain. That suit saved the night. Their customer service and care went above and beyond, and they truly came through when we needed them most. American Dry Cleaners has earned customers for life. The Bacons will absolutely continue to use them.

He offered 10% off but I refused, and he said I should give him 30 minutes to come by the store. I came back after one hour and he still didn't show up. Anyway, I had to pay $137 at the end of the day so I could pick up my dress for my photo shoot. I will never go back there as their service is terrible.

I've had 3 drop offs so far and all the clothes have been cleaned pristinely. They're always ready in 2 days which is usually faster than I even need. They send text reminders which I like. The clerk at the store I have interacted with was also very pleasant. I will try the self service kiosk soon. I don't know how they manage the $3.49 per piece price...the facility looks new and air conditioned, etc. but they've got my business as long as they're able to keep prices this competitive!!

I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.
