Had a fabulous day at Elite!!!! Cash gave me one of the best pedis ever and did my nail fill perfect. We are traveling and I found Elite by Yelp. Beautiful relaxing salon. We may still be in MB in 3 weeks So I can go back again. AMAZING! So we stayed longer. Cash did another fabulous job. My cucumber pedi was sooooooo great. I had him take off my acrylic nails and he did a dip on my nails. I sure wish he could do my nails all the time. Ask for him Perfection! Soooo we r here a tad longer. Cash did my pedi and nails again to perfection. I decided I really like my acrylic nails better so he put them back on. My pedi with warm wax and a great leg massage was soooooo great. My 2nd visit to this nail salon was not as pleasant as my first time (over a year ago). This time my husband and I both received manicures and pedicures. I felt like they rushed doing them both. We selected classic pedi and the massage portion was horrible. Everything was just quick, as if they needed to move on. My husbands feet are less than perfect (I get it) but the nail tech was obviously rude about it. It was obvious that she was talking to her coworkers and seemed frustrated and aggravated that she had to do his feet. At least 2 of her coworkers walked over to view them. Fortunately my husband is not a bashful man or he would have been humiliated and embarrassed. The older gentleman that did my pedicure was very rough. When I told him about it, he said that it was my own fault because I wasn't relaxed. I love the ambiance of this place but not sure if I'll be back the next time I'm in town. read more

Excellent service at affordable prices!! My husband & I are on vacation and decided to get a pedicure. I found this place online and it had good reviews and offered an organic option, which was great for me because I'm pregnant and trying to avoid un-necessary chemicals for the baby. On top of the already reasonable prices, through yelp, they offer a 15% coupon. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. The massage chairs are smart chairs that offer full body massages with heat & reclining chairs! The lights are a bit dimmed for relaxation and they offer complimentary drinks including soda & wine. This place is beautiful inside and everyone was sooooooo nice. They also have ALOT of color choices which was great. Unfortunately though, when filling down my acrylics the manicurist was not careful with the tools and I went home with burns all over my cuticles.. not sure if I will be back due to this... still applying neosporin after a week :( read more

I went here for a mani-pedi with my boyfriend. I guess they didnt know I spoke vietnamese and continued to talk trash about us. To be fair I didnt confront the. But still. Whether they knew or not. Horrible customer service! The older lady was rude and extremely unprofessional! She was not gentle in handling my hands, to the point I had to ask her to be gentle. She tried to say I needed to relax but She was the one that needed to be gentle. I asked for a simple manicure and buff. Older lady says they do not buff only polish. I have never heard of a nail place that didn't give you an option to buff especially for men! I had a feeling something was off the moment I walked in. Big space no clients! Workers sitting around bored while the older rude lady hides in the back room. I have been to many nails places all over the country and can say there is nothing Elite about this place. Was there for a girls weekend with my 2 daughters and future daughter-in-law. We walked in and were immediately seated in the pedicure room. Everything was very nice, clean and attractive. I was impressed with the how well we were all treated, so much in fact that I decided to add manicures to our trip which they started right after we finished our pedicures. I was visiting Myrtle Beach and needed to get my nails done. I came to this place based on the reviews and the location which was close to my villa. I arrived and signed in and the manager, T, greeted me right away. I sat down in his chair after picking my color and he immediately wrapped my nails. Then he handed me off to another gentleman who prepared for my pedicure. The ambiance was nice and the salon was clean. I asked to have the water hot as it was cold. The technician was not able to get the water hot due to"the plumbing". When the technician started on my nails in cold water he did not put cuticle softener on my nails and began trying to cut my cuticle. I politely explained that if you put softener on my nails and push the cuticle back it would be easier. He begrudgingly obliged. He did not seem to know what he was doing so I asked to be moved to a tub that had hot water and to have another technician do my nails. This lady seemed to know what she was doing and I was able to get hot water but she cut my cuticle in the process. My nails came out ok but I will not be coming back. T gave me a 5$ off my tab of 65$ for a pedicure and gel manicure. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! The worst job ever and the manager is the most ignorant rude man I've ever seen!!! The first time I was there they did a great job. The second time I was there they did a terrible job. I figured I give them one more try and when I got there I explained to the manager why I was dissatisfied with the job performed on my second visit and explain to him that I did not want it a specific person to do my nails I pointed out to that person and never the less he puts her on the job. I figured he had already spoken to her and she was going to try to do a better job this time but that didn't happen!!! On my way out after I had already paid I approach the manager once again and asked him why he put the same person on the job after I had already told him that I wanted someone else. I explain to him that once again I was extremely dissatisfied with the job done I wasn't offered a discount or a reimbursement not even out of courtesy and said yelled was extremely rude unprofessional and told me to get out!!! I will never recommend this place for anyone their rates are lower but the job is the worst there's no consistency between the people that work there some of them are really good and some of them are just terrible and the manager does not know how to take constructive criticism!!!! read more

I read the great reviews and got sucked in.. I took my husband here for Father's Day pampering. I had such high expectations. But the chairs were not smart chairs like all the reviews said. They were just plain jane pedicure chairs. The lady at the front was great. Completely understood what I wanted, she tried telling the girl who did my nails. I looked through the gel colors so I could get gel mani and gel pedi so they would last in the sand here at the beach. The lights were so dim in the back where they do the pedicures that it was impossible. What I thought was pink came out peach. My husbands toenails were cut down to the quick and they look terrible. Mine was supposed to be gel, got almost through the pedicure and had to ask to make sure she was using gel because she wasn't using a lamp. And guess what?! She had to take it off and start over because she wasn't paying attention when the receptionist and I told her gel. And got mad and acted like it was my fault. I ended up skipping getting a manicure, there was no sense in staying for that to get screwed up too. I only have the second star because the salon was clean and looked nice. I can't believe I paid over 80$ for the worst pedicures we've ever had. read more

When you walk in, you're immediately met with exuberance from the gilded, marble décor. At the front desk, you'll meet a host who will answer your questions as you pick from a selection of services, drinks, and polish colors. The pedicure room is dim and relaxing. They were playing Fixer Upper (one of my faves) on the large screen TV in the corner and classic soft rock (a safe, gentle, enjoyable choice) was playing in the background. My nail technician was Keyma. She was great! She was never rough on my toes, the massage was good, the exfoliation was spot on, and she applied my gel polish with precision. I had a glass of moscato. It was good. And the massage chairs were good. Some massage chairs feel too aggressive for me and that was not the case here. I also opted for a manicure and continued with Keyma. She took time to clean up my cuticles, trimmed and filed my nails to a uniform short length like I asked. She did such a nice job that I changed my mind from color polish to clear polish. Checking out was a smooth process back at the front desk. I will definitely come back to this place when I'm in town. read more
