I wanted to love this place so much, but as the days went on, my nails decided for me. I was in myrtle beach on spring break when a job interview got scheduled the Monday I was due back. I got a pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was great in my opinion, not too long and didn't tickle my feet too much. My girl did a great job with everything. I love the hot stones! My girl was very friendly and easy to talk to, but I believe she was new as the manager would correct her on something when he walked by. I brought a picture of the nails I wanted. It was a pink and white ombré. My nail tech (different from my pedicure) helped me pick out the perfect colors, the manager jumped in to offer another. She did a great job! I was told to wait two minutes and not to touch anything and the manager comes by and takes a look and asks how I like them. I told him and he responded saying "I could've done better." Like that's weird/rude to say? I paid and left and about 4 hours later my nail broke! I went back the next day and she fixed it for free, it didn't look as nice as the others though. I am now a week in and there are cracks everywhere. I can usually last at least 3 without any issues at my normal salon. I originally made an appointment for Atlantis nails and spa and was sent to elite nails. I got sns on my nails which look horrible because of how thick they were. I then got a pedicure which was extremely rushed, and the technician got up mid pedicure to talk to another technician while I sat there waiting for her to continue painting. My toe polish was messed up before I even left the salon, and the technician cut my nails into the funkiest shapes. I researched prices at the other salon I originally made the appointment at and when I got to the counter to pay I was surprised by the prices I paid which were entirely too expensive for the work that was done and not the same as the other salon. read more

Always a challenge on vacation to find where the locals go, you know, the good spots verses price gouging, low quality tourist traps and I found this Super clean, welcoming GEM!!!! First I was welcomed, signed in on their tablet, a gentleman brought me into the Pedicure room, sat me down, adjusted my chair offered a beverage and got me set up to soak my feet. I was only going to do their basic pedi but after reading their menu and saw their prices are surprisingly average AND such an elegant place I decided to upgrade and GLAD I DID! After a comfortable soak time, a gal came over and lit what appeared to be a soy candle that smelt SO good and added milk powder and softeners to the water as I continued to soak in the nice warm water. Back to this chair, I was consumed by this AMAZING chair (part of the upgrade) that massaged my arms, head, shoulders, neck, back with bursts of heat! I do recommend they get some sort of cup holders for the beverage, you can't hold it and enjoy the arm massage at the same time. Watching the gal prepping for my Pedi, she ripped open her sterile packaged tools for my toes (my Dentist doesn't even do that!) with precision did her magic, never have my toes been treated so well! The smells just got better with each step of package I ordered as I became more and more relaxed. The gentleman and I use that word loosely was a complete jerk. I went for a pedicure. I told him I wanted regular polish instead of gel and he went off on me. It was going to be $25 cheaper to get regular polish. He said, "this is not North Raleigh, this is Myrtle Beach. Your going to pay more. I told him I was aware and regular polish was fine. He started banging things around and throwing towels. I almost walked out after he made me cry from being such a douche. Beach or not, good customer service is free. worst pedicure i've ever had... i made an appointment via text for a full set and pedicure, and they had no clue what i was talking about when I arrived even when i showed them. I then asked for the Deluxe pedicure, and she massaged my legs for a total of maybe 5 minutes. She spent 40 minutes PAINTING my toes! I am staying at Anderson Beach Club and needed my nails and toes done. (I got the dip gel powder.) My overall experience was good. Chase did my service and at first I felt completely rushed and hurried to pick out and decide on a color even though I was 5 Minutes early (I hate that... especially when you have 100 colors to choose from!) At first the environment felt quiet and unfriendly. Chase warmed up and he took great care to listen to what I wanted and didn't want. I think he did great work and the massage was very nice. Side note: The Salon was VERY clean (especially the bathrooms) and they played great music and that is a huge plus! I would come back again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Had a 4:00 appointment for a pedicure today. Arrived at 4:06. "manager" asked who I was....I gave him my name and appointment time. He was in the process of a manicure when I arrived. He asked if I wanted gel or regular....I told him regular. He stated because I was late for my appointment, it would be a 45 minute wait. We made an approximately but I still felt like the lady doing my mani and pedi rushed through it. Not much scrubbing to exfoliate dead skin off of my feet, no cuticle softener was used on toes or nails which I thought was odd (pinky cuticle got cut), I had to request for her to repaint my big toe bc these was flaw in polish, and I had to request for extra file on one of my fingernail because it had a snag on it that would have torn.
