The cold brew was very good, and I probably did not need to have any dairy added to it, but that's become my norm for a first time anywhere as many places do not execute a cold brew smooth enough to not need in my opinion. It is an order at the register/counter type spot, so you can easily order for there or to go. The staff working were friendly and had quick turnaround times. There was also a fancy coffee station where they made the fancy espressos, cappuccinos, etc. There were various seating options - it was crowded when we went so it was kind of hard to find a spot, but we managed. We ordered small and got a muffin and lemon poppyseed bread slice and two cold brew coffees. We technically ordered for there so they served them on sturdy plates. For your cold brews and regular coffees, they had a coffee-condiment station - ie creamers, oat milk, sugars, etc. plus silverware, napkins, etc. and the cleanup bins for when you are done with you meals.
