Their plumber came out and repaired a leak under my mobile home but before finishing up he secretly drilled a fresh hole in another water line so that I would be calling them back later for further repairs which amounted to an additional $350. The plumber even had the audacity to show me the section of water line where he had drilled the new hole, probably thinking I would not figure it out. This is felony fraud. Highly recommend! Had my unit go out on me on a hot Sunday afternoon. I called around everywhere trying to get someone to at least answer me back. Elite Heating and Air Conditioning were the only ones that responded (Even though they were closed) to let me know they would have someone to my house the next day. They checked in with me the morning after and explained everything to me prior to their technician showing up Their technician came to the house was able to find the problem quickly and get it fixed and have my AC working before the heat of the day started warming the house back up. He also fixed a couple other issues and made sure everything was good to go. He was super friendly and pleasant to talk too. I would use them anytime and highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I had a great experience with Elite. My A/C stopped working on Saturday night during the horrible Labor Day weekend heatwave. First thing Sunday morning I started contacting every HVAC company in town to get it repaired. I left a lot of messages and the soonest I could get someone to come out was Tuesday afternoon. Imagine my surprise when Veronica answered my call right away and got me scheduled for same day service...on a holiday weekend! She was very friendly and called about 30 minutes before arrival. Habib arrived on time and was also very nice. He got the job done quickly and for a fair price. He also offered some good advice on how to keep our A/C running better (without trying to sell services or parts I didn't need) and by noon, my A/C was back in business! Had them out in July 2020 whe we had 119 degree temperatures. They showed up within an hour to replace my capacitor. 2 months ago my condenser essentially blew up. They came out today and installed a brand new condenser. They are incredibly courteous, professional and respectful of the property. I highly recommend them for all of your hvac needs. read more

Our AC had stopped cooling. We have a two story house, so you can imagine how hot it can get upstairs. Can't even sleep. Elite heating and air was recommended by a friend, so we decided to give it a try. Jacob showed up and was very polite. He ran some test and let me know what the issue was. Of course now I have a lot questions, like a 4 year old wanting to know everything. He answered all my questions calmly. I apologized for so many questions and he stated that he did not mind me asking a lot of questions and would prefer for me to ask so that I can understand what he was doing. No fuss at all. He brought in his ladder to check the attic, and when he was done, he didn't set it on my wall. He folded the ladder and took it back to his work truck. Good mannerism. So I have wrote a review in the past, nine months ago to be exact and I just received a reply from Vanessa or Veronica O. saying the reason I wrote a negative review is apparently because the tech had to step over dog poop in my house and in my backyard. Ummm so I didn't even have a dog so that's a cop out.
