Hands down the best place to call if you're ever having water heater troubles. I know its hot out here, but if I wanted cold showers, I'd shower at a public pool. But, I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called in and assumed nobody would answer because it was late. Guess what? I didn't have to leave an awkward voicemail... Two pieces of advice: dont keep family photos in cardboard boxes and have a reliable plumber. My hot water heater completely went, and with it over 30 gallons of water went through my house. Glenn was really helpful, he took a look to see if it was salvageable or if I needed a new one. I think he could tell by my face I was hoping we could keep it and save some cash. Unfortunately, I had to get the whole thing replaced. BUT he replaced it the same day which dramatically cut down on the stress of a broken water heater and the mess it had made. Great service from them!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I honestly would. They were so friendly, they were even a little early to the appointment we made, and very clean with their work. But the biggest thing I appreciated was their honesty!!! These guys weren't trying to rig me and my money unlike a different company I had called, especially being a female. So first off any water heater issue is a nightmare, i kept searching for a company with good reviews and wouldn't over charge. They sent Jason out to my house and he was nothing short amazing! He repaired two parts on my water heater. I have no idea of water heaters and the parts, I'm a first time home buyer. Last week I had an unfortunate event happen... I noticed that there was a small leak underneath my water heater in my garage. I have no idea how long it was going on for or when it started, but I was glad I caught it early enough. When I called Mr. Water Heater they were more than patient with me. I was on the phone with them for awhile because I was having a hard time finding the information they needed, but the receptionist was very kind and patient and helped me every step of the way. These guys were more than great. They made getting plumbing work done hassle free. The plumber, Luke, came and had to fix a few parts but got our water heater back up and running! They offer excellent customer service.....they were willing to com out to my place after hours at the end of the day with no extra charge. Their plumber makes sure you are taken care of fast and doesn't leave until you get your hot water back on. The repair was relatively standard for the pricing. Life sure does change when you become a Mom! I went from reviewing trendy restaurants and boutiques to water heaters #momlife. However, I was more than happy to write this review because Mr.Water Heater did such an amazing job replacing my hot water heater. Not only did the plumber install it super quick and showed up on time (which is crazy important because we still take naps over here) but I was quite pleased with how efficient he was and his professionalism was top notch! Jason was super patient and wasn't bothered when my little one decided she wanted to be his 'assistant' with her plastic tools, he not only let her observe but he didn't seem bothered with her ten million questions. The office also did a good job accommodating my busy schedule, when I told them I absolutely had to have hot water by that evening for the little one's bath time they worked quickly to make it happen. I was so impressed by their work that I referred them to my Mom since her house is over 20 years old and I'm sure her water heater is about to go kaputs! I hope not to need their services anytime soon but just in case I do I absolutely will only be calling them. I called around to a few places and went shopping for the best price. These guys were just a touch more pricey, but their customer service and responsiveness made me feel more comfortable working with them. I wanted the best water heater I could get in my budget because I couldn't stand having to go without hot water again. They suggested Bradford White and that's the tank they installed. I had some extra costs because I wanted extra things but I was in control of the spending for once and this company was very honest- they didn't push me to buy anything.
