I like this place better than Kaiser. Their MRI is different. It's not as enclosed as Kaiser's so you feel like you could breathe a little bit better. You know you're not trapped. They really want you to be comfortable and I appreciate that. They gave me earplugs, a mask to wear over my eyes, they had good music playing, not only that but they check in on you often. I felt well taking care of, and I appreciate their service. I think my favorite part was that it was late at night. I didn't have to deal with any traffic at all. Love that. It is located on a fast street. When approaching, you should slow down otherwise you could end up passing it.

Thank God that Kerlan and Jobe Dr Chon is thorough and cares about reporting the proper information regarding injuries . My Doctor was able to report what he visually seen in the MRI and the Prime radiologist had to revise his initial findings. With this in mind do you really want to go to a place that doesn't properly read the images? Injury damage equals treatment and possible compensation. I wouldn't go back to Prime .

Front desk treated me with respect, then the MRI tech Leo, walked me through the process, Yolanda came into the room to assist me and made me comfortable. When everything was done Yolanda explain the process of forwarding my results to my doctor and the time frame this would take. I need to say that everyone was professional, kind and extremely compassionate. The anxiety that comes with this type of medical exams was gone because of this team. Thank you!!!

A very unfortunate experience with booking a CT scan…read more I am willing to self- pay for a CT scan but the reception lady insisted that I need to submit insurance info and, if declined by insurance, then I can self- pay. This went around for about 10 minutes. I then asked if there is a way I can speak to a manager: I am willing to pay for the CT scan out of my own pocket, just want to schedule. I was told the manager is not in on Mondays. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Update: They say that they will send over your results to the doctor within 3-4 days but when I visited the doctor there was nothing sent to them!! Doctor's office had to call to contact them.

(The tech there was also super nice btw. Some young man). So they scheduled me for this location because of the open MRI that they have. Nayeli was so patient with me and understanding and helped find me a solution that worked best for my anxiety on how to get through it smoothly. Seriously, this is what health care workers should all be like. And I came in at the end of her shift and you'd think everyone would be tired and wanting to go home but she treated me with the most patience. The woman at the front desk was also super sweet. Where things completely fell apart was the follow-up and customer service. A few days later, I received a letter from Huntington-Hill Breast & Imaging Centers saying I needed additional imaging and to call their number to schedule. Naturally, that was stressful to read -- getting a callback after a mammogram is scary. But when I tried to follow the instructions, their phone/AI system was awful to get through. After being transferred around and spending way too much time on hold, I was finally told that they don't even do the test the letter told me to schedule there. Instead, I had to call my doctor to be referred somewhere else. This made no sense to me. Why send a letter directing patients to call you to schedule if you can't actually perform the recommended imaging? It feels careless, especially considering how stressful breast health follow-ups already are. To make matters worse, when I spoke to a staff member, she said she had no control over the letters. I get that it's not her fault personally, but the system is broken -- and patients end up paying the price in stress and wasted time. Overall, the in-person visit was fine, but the communication and phone experience were really disappointing. If you're going to send out official medical letters, they need to be accurate and align with what your office can actually provide.

Basically, the doctor puts a stent in her leg(s) to increase lower blood flow. Dr. Peter Lin, the cardiologist, was the doctor who performed my mom's procedure. According to my sisters, who met with him prior, including my perspective, is a wonderful doctor. The procedure lasted about 45 minutes, and the recovery was approximately two hours before getting released. Yes, my mom is an outpatient. Dr. Lin is very confident in his job... thus helps reduce my mom's fears. His equipment is up to date, and the whole office seems very clean, including the front desk. The nurses are friendly and professional, always ready to lend a helping hand to the patients. The only "whoops" I experienced at the medical office was front desk guiding me to the wrong patient resting inside a different cubicle. I didn't know either until I heard my mom talking at the other side of the recovery room. Yikes!! Well, they were all wearing masks and covered up. LoL.

The staff also wears gloves inspecting your nose, ears, or throat. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since they share the lot with several other medical offices. The medical office itself was very quiet, clean, neat, and tidy. The waiting room is very calming and peaceful. Staff: Dr. Fisher is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manners. The receptionist at the front desk was also very welcoming and courteous. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.
