Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. I reached out to a few vendors, and Coughlin was by far the most helpful and informative. The whole process went smoothly, Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with; he provided the most information on what type of windows to get for our situation. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had. They also had very reasonable prices and detailed quotes. My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer. It's been about a year and the windows still look great and work well (they're also much easier to slide open than our old windows). I would definitely recommend them!

I primarily worked with JT and Doreen but did also get to meet the owner as he came out for confirmation before putting in the order for the windows. Everyone was very personable and very easy to get hold of and communication all around was great. I do so some folks saying that they were met with unfriendly or rude interactions but I find that really hard to believe. There was definitely nothing special about my job or initial inquiries that would have afforded me some extra level of attention. We had a pretty big job I think. We had 17 windows and some pretty tricky install spots. Our home is older and has several additions over the years and it made for some big challenges but in the end every window had a really clean install and they all look great. It has been such a huge improvement on noise reduction, insulation, and overall looks. On our install day we had 3 crews I think so they managed to finish up in one really long day. All of the crew members were very friendly and polite and hard working. They did a great job communicating with us on site and got our approval on anything that was out of the ordinary. We have only had our windows for about 6 weeks now but so far they have exceeded our expectations. Anlin makes a really good product. If things change over time I'll update this review but so far so good. They performed without any issues during recent rains and are keeping the home way cooler than before.

I called multiple times and was given multiple dates that someone would be out to take a look at it. When someone finally came out to look at it they worked on it a while and stated it was fixed. within a few weeks it was leaking and loose again. I called in and was told they were waiting on am part to come in. When the technician was out they claimed it was fixed. The part finally came in and we set a time to install and no one showed up, this happened when he originally came out as well. After it was finally installed the seal looked all bunched up on the bottom and soon after it was leaking again. This time when I called in they stated the window was not able to be fixed and the owner would have to come out. Three dates and times were given and every time no communication and no owner. The owner finally came out and claims he does not think he could do anything to fix it and it will need a completely new window since the measurements were slightly off. He said he would look into some things and get back to me and that he couldn't just provide a new window since this was very expensive and custom. His team did the measurements. I have reached out to him every week for the part month with no response and this window has not been sealed for a year and a half resulting in significantly higher bills. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I recently had all of my windows replaced in my home with 360 Windows and Doors…read more I first met Zach at the showroom and he showed me some of the windows they offer and how they were made and took the time to answer and questions I had, and explained the differences between each of the window types. I later met Malake who facilitated the transaction. Malake was wonderful and put the whole package together and was very good at keeping me updated with changes that might occur. I called her on the weekend in the evening and she still answered my call. Absolutely awesome. We ran into a small issue with sizing on a couple of windows from the window manufacturer and 360 Windows simply offered an upgrade to those windows that had the issue at no extra cost. Talk about taking care of your customers. Lastly there was a small hiccup with the screen door that didn't make it into the shipment for my sliding glass door. 360 windows contacted the manufacturer of the windows and for whatever reason it was further delayed. Not any fault of 360. I spoke to Lauren on a few occasions regarding the screen and she decided it was taking too long to get the screen from the manufacturer and Lauren contacted a local vendor that manufactures screen doors and sent them out to build a custom screen door since the original vendor was having issues. Much appreciated!! Everyone I encountered at 360 Windows was awesome. They were patient with all my questions and friendly, responsive, explained everything and informed me of any changes. The install team were punctual and really on top of the job. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this company. Thank you all for a great experience. First - I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the way Pelican handled the scheduling of the install - or rather, bungled. The crew arrived at my home this morning just after 8:00 am with no warning at all. Surprise! It turns out their scheduler sent an email July 18 with notice of intent to install to a fancifully incorrect email address. And, when they received no response from me (and why would they?), no one at Pelican deemed it prudent to follow up with a phone call. Fire and forget? 2 stars. The process to set this up was painless. Their sales/frontman (Isael) paid 2 visits, took careful measurements, explained my options and was a total professional. Not the least bit pushy. 5 stars. OK - on to the install. In a word - slick. The 3-man crew was efficient and from what I can tell (pics attached) did a very nice job removing the old, and installing the new. Again, very professional and respectful of my home, its contents, and my time. No fuss, no muss. The whole process for 6 windows was over and done in 4 hours. Again, 5 stars. The end result - no more drafty louvered windows, replaced with energy efficient, double glazed, argon gas filled windows. I'm pleased with the result, and recommend Pelican as a first stop when shopping for replacement windows.

If you're looking for Milgard windows, Pelican is your "go to". I had both Pelican and Home Depot…read moregive me estimates on the Milgard Trinsic model. Bob Ryan, the Pelican Rep., thoughtfully measured every window, gave great advice regarding what Milgard model was most appropriate for each window depending on its configuration, understood the state and local codes regarding where tempered glass was required (I'm an attorney and had read the codes) and gave me a great, reasonable quote. Home Depot brought a guy out from corporate who ran around claiming that I needed tempered glass in every window located near bay window seating areas. No, Mr. Home Depot Dummy, tempered glass codes do not kick in because of a window's mere presence near a bay window seating area- the window needs to be 18 inches or less from the floor. In the end, Pelican's quote was 20% less than Home Depot. Not saying this was an average experience. I think my Home Depot guy was a bit daft. But really? And then the Home Depot guy had the nerve to try to "match the price" of a small independent business after all these shenanigans. Well, you can pretty much surmise what my response was....

Brothers was referred to me by a coworker and I've since referred them and had three others do their houses with Brothers if you need a window or a whole house worth....I wouldn't call anyone else. They are some of the best contractors I work with. Their customer service is excellent, they show up on time and work until the job is done. They are professional, I can't say enough good things about them. The installers I got this time were: Issac Peter and Jesus They were dog friendly, down to earth guys who went above and beyond for me at every step. I will continue to go back to this brothers for our window and sliding door needs.
