Elite Jewelers were fantastic! My boyfriend and I went in to buy an engagement ring and we were blown away by the wonderful service we got from Mounya and her teammates. She made it seem like she had all the time in the world to assist us and explain things to us, rather than trying to rush through it. She was so nice and easy-going, not like most other pushy-sales people. And she was incredibly knowledgeable. We wanted a custom design and gave her a picture of what we wanted, and she worked with the jeweler to get it done in a quick turn-around before Christmas. They got it done in 15 business days, and in the middle of their busiest season! She was in constant communication with me during those 15 days, sending me pictures of the first draft of the design, incorporating my feedback, and having me come in to try on a wax mold of the final design. I LOVE THIS STORE! My first experience of many more was at this store when I was looking for an engagement ring set for my fiancé. I knew nothing about rings and even less about how much I should be spending on one. I did know what I had in mind though. Noura took the time to sit with me and explain the difference of styles and different kinds of rings to me and even though I told her I was just looking and wanted to go see other rings at other jewelry stores around the mall she helped me with a smile and didn't turn me away. I got a great deal and every time me and my fiancé walk by the store she offers me a quick cleaning of the rings! (PENDING) 12/20/18 Went to a TON of jewelry stores in Gainesville/Manassas area today shopping for a Christmas present for my significant other. At elite I found not only some of the best customer service around (shout out Zoey) but the hands down best quality for price. I ended up purchasing a beautiful necklace for an amazing price. Unfortunately minutes after, I realized one of the stones probably fell out when it was being cleaned. I quickly informed them and they promised the stone would be replaced by the 24th and apologized. Needless to say, I can't wait to pick it up. I visited Elite Jewelers today for the first time looking for a cross necklace. Arzoo greeted me and told me they were out of the crosses and I could special order it. But she said I could get something temporary and exhange it for the cross later. After showing many pieces, I ended up walking away with a one full carat diamond necklace. Besides Arzoo, Lina and Eslam assisted me as well and the manager Eslam gave me a deal that I couldnt resist especially after visiting Kay Jewelers and comparing their prices and quality. This place is fantastic! I went into Elite Jewelers because I had lost one of my moms earrings. I went in with a single earring and Zoe and Noura worked diligently to try to help me find the closest match! Noura showed me all around the store at the different gemstones and Zoe ended up finding the closest match for me online! They worked with me on my price point and they were the only jewelers in the mall that could actually identify the stone for me! I lost a stone from an antique ring and went to Elite because they had previously re-sized a ring for me and did a fantastic job. Not only did they put a beautiful new stone in the ring, but they also polished it, evened out the gold ring band which had become a little bent up over the years and made it look brand new! The cost was reasonable, and it took half the time they estimated! I will definitely be going back the next time I need something repaired or need a new piece of jewelry. This specific location has the most helpful staff compared to the other locations. Repairs, trying their jewelery on, sizing, and cleaning requires no hassle to them. One staff stuck out the most, i believe her name was Noura. She seems to be the manager but she will go to the ends of the earth to help you.
