I was dying to get my wedding ring fixed, but I didn't have the funds for a year. I reached out to a couple of shops for quotes and Elite came back with the most reasonable price. Finally, 2 months after the quote I was able to go in and drop off my ring. They realized a little more work was needed than originally thought. Ok, no problem. He went back and got a quote for the extra work. We agreed and I left. A couple of days later, I realized I had made a mistake. I had thought he meant $x amount for the entire work, but saw that it was $x amount plus $originalquote. When I was contacted for ring pick up, I addressed the issue. They were so kind and said they would bring it down as much as possible to the original quoted price. Now, even though they couldn't do a whole lot to bring the price down, the fact that the effort was made and everyone was so kind was worth every penny. My ring looks fantastic, y'all! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I called them around 3 in the afternoon just to see if they could resize my engagement ring in house (didn't want to ship it out). Spoke with Aj and he said yes they do everything right there in the store. I went right over and meet with him. Stunning jewelry room with very exquisite designs MADE THERE IN HOUSE!! Couldn't be happier with the service! Took my engagement ring to get sized and had it back the next day!! I was told by the jewelry store that it was purchased at that sizing takes 2 weeks as it gets sent out...will never buy from a chain store again, I have found my go to store! I was treated as if I had spent thousands of dollars in this store. I am already a repeat customer as I have left my Movado watch to be serviced and will be getting a band custom made to go with my ring. The ring I received as a gift from ZALES, was ordered online in a size 6. When I finally receive it I notice it was very large so I came to elite to check the size and it ends up to be a size 7.5. So I call ZALES customer service and they say I still have to pay $60 cause my boyfriend didn't buy warranty, BUT they have a 90 day policy! Then they tell me it will take two weeks to get my ring back! When it was THERE mistake! I had to email to prove it! I was extremely happy with my service from Elite I will definitely recommend them, they resized my ring in only one day and it looks even better than the day I received it. I had two fine gold chains that needed repair. I had taken them to another jeweler, and he wanted to charge almost the cost of a new chain to repair them. I found Elite on Yelp, and based on the reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They were outstanding! Even though it was a small transaction for them, they treated us like their most important customers, offering coffee and water as soon as we walked in. Within an hour, they had my chains fixed (beautifully -- can't even see where they were broken), for a very reasonable price. We will definitely go back any time we want new jewelry. This place was amazing!!! I lost a diamond in my ring that consists of 96 diamonds. I took a recommendation to look at yelp reviews in the area and found Elite Jewelers. Amir (AJ) was the best. He told me it would take a couple of days. They called me back after only 24 hours and said it was ready to pick up. WOW only 1 day!!! When I went to pick it up it was even more beautiful than ever. He replace the diamond and cleaned it (I think a little extra was done too) and charged me under the quoted price. I will defiantly be going back for repairs or custom pieces. I received a watch as a gift for my birthday and needed a few links removed. I'd previously come here to have a ring sized for my husband and the staff was amazing so I came back today for my watch. I took in a ring, not particularly valuable, but sentimental, to be sized. Even though this was a very small job, they could not have been more accommodating and gracious. Not only that, the ring was done in under 24 hours! Work is done onsite by the owner, not sent off to some remote location.
