I had them come over for a deep cleaning once when the ex girlfriend moved out and the place was dirty as can be. They are very methodical and the results are sparkling. It's easy to communicate with them over phone and I will use them again. I think the prices are fair and they do a good job, so I would recommend. Expect 6-8 hours on the first trip even if you have a 2 bed condo like mine. Expect 1-2 trips if you have a larger house. You really don't know how dirty your place is even if you clean yourself regularly. It takes a while to get your house spotless and I appreciate that it's spotless more than being quick but incomplete. read more

I brought it up to the cleaner but ended up saying I would talk to Jazz about it since I didn't know what to do. I was met with rudeness and accusations of not paying. Mind you, even though I saw the scratch, I still TIPPED and thanked the cleaner on her way out. This is no way to treat a customer or to handle the situation. The cleaner was sweet and nice but Jazz, the owner, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Nobody wants damage in their home. The homeowner AND the cleaning service, but if on the off case that something terrible happens, the homeowner has the RIGHT to bring up a concern. Not happy with this service. I have a 2000 plus sqft house and asked for a deep clean. She sent 1 person for a three person job and quoted me 7 hours which is didn't need. Surfaces were not cleaned, bed wasn't made, dishes were not done, trash wasn't taken out, one room wasn't even cleaned. I did not want to pay for someone here for 7 hours at 40$ an hour when two people could have done it in 4. I would not recommend this company. Also very bad manors on the owner who was not accommodating when my complaints were made- also I am the least threatening person ever but people should know what happened. They were friendly and tidied up my home for my arriving guests. I had no issues until I tried to wipe something off the floor afterward and discovered that the floor was completely still dirty. Dirty enough to see my entire hand print on the paper towel. I contacted Jazz and she promptly replied to offer someone new to come out that day.
