This is my second time going to elite md. I feel that they just want to suck your money. I just bought some skin care cost $400 something dollars. Spoke to Vanessa. Sh was nice. She will return all your email and phone calls to get u to buy. Then after I bought & received my order. That's it & done. They will not return your email after. No phone call or email asking how I like the products. Btw.. not even worth it. I am so regret this again. First was the same but I did something much more expensive. I came back to elite md cuz I need some peeling cream desperately before I go back to work. SO AGAIN DISAPPOINTED. They shouldn't even advertise on tv cuz their service are so bad. read more

Dr. Sonia takes an approach to skin care that is not just an administration of a treatment, but rather an educational experience that provides details in understanding the steps necessary on a journey to clearer skin. I have come to her to correct slight difficulties I have in dealing with my sometimes, challenging ethnic skin. I have been on her topical regiment for a little over a month now, and the results are very noticeable. My breakouts have been extinguished, my hyper-pigmentation reduced, and my ingrown hairs (beard) are a far less often sight. If I could leave 0 stars I would!! This place is something else... they overcharge for every little thing and charge a $200 cancellation fee!!! I was told they got new management which clearly is not working out in their favor. The last manager (Diana? Deana?) was on top of things. The floors are disgusting and taped up. What kind of place that charges so much $ can't afford safe floors? I walked into the office and no one acknowledged me and I sat there for 5 min while I overheard laughing and talking before two ladies finally came out of a room. The bathroom was also gross and there was no toilet paper. I first started coming here for hydrafacials and was really enjoying Camile just to find out that she was no longer working there?! WTF?! I then came for a consult for hydra facial and I finally was put in a small room where I waited a long time for someone to come. Someone by the name of Julia came in and was not able to answer any of my questions. She also came in with soaking wet hair that was dripping?? That seems unprofessional to me. All she talked about was pricing and kept looking at her phone. It's been a while since I've been here but overall it was a terrible experience and I DO NOT recommend coming here. I went to Elite Md for problems with hair loss . After in depth discussion with Vanessa and Dr Bansal and the hair team I decided to purchase Nutrafol hair vitamins and ordered this from there website . I got the Core for Women's Balance as this was the correct one for my age group . I take 4 pills a day and have noticed much less shedding and my hair is starting to fill in sections that were getting sparse . They also turned me on to The Capily "her " shampoo and serum for thinning hair . With this system I also get a complimentary led Laser Hair Therapy session . This will aid in increasing blood circulation on my head to improve hair density . Their excellent and extremely knowledgeable hair team suggested that I use all of these modalities . We always think of men having thinning hair but now women are experiencing it more . It's stressing me out since I've always had thick glowing locks of hair ! My husband and I went in to see Dr Bansal in 2017 to discuss possible options for an unsuccessful breast augmentation procedure done elsewhere. Dr B was very honest in sharing all the pros and cons on undergoing another procedure, but was still optimistic. Dr Bansal gives as much time as is needed to discuss and educate. So we went ahead and had Dr B fix the appearance. Huge improvement to say the least! I recently decided to go back in for Liposuction and am very pleased with the results. His office staff is very friendly, supportive and responsive throughout the whole process. My only regret is that I didn't go to Dr Bansal at the very beginning of my procedures. read more

Dr.Sonia and her team are absolutely amazing. I have been suffering from acne and acne scarring for about 9 years. I visited her office about 3 months ago after seeing her on the local news station during an interview. I am happy I didn't just rely on the unfiltered reviews on yelp, because if I did, I would have missed out on being paired up with the best dermatologist. It has only been three months and my skin looks 70% better and I have this amazing youthful glow. I had the Neo-Graft hair restoration procedure performed at Elite MD in the fall of 2014. Having had the old 'plug' system of hair restoration done in the 1980's I was a little apprehensive about revisiting the entire process. Remembering the long recovery times and the results I put off looking into the new process way too long. Wow! How times have changed. The new process has a much shorter recovery time then in the past and the staff at Elite MD was great. They explained exactly how the new process would work and were exceptionally professional throughout the process. They were conservative in the number of grafts they took due to my past hair transplant history but the results (now 6 months post procedure) were amazing! The results were so remarkable I plan to go back for a second procedure to add 'just a little more on top'. I highly recommend them. read more

I just completed my third procedure with Elite MD, and I could not been more impressed. After spending 10 years living in Orange County, where plastic surgeons seemed to be on every corner, I took my time finding a location here in the Bay Area. First, my consultation (which was free) was so welcoming and informative. I worked with Vanessa to discuss my goals and areas that I would like to have worked on. She spent over an hour on the phone with me, and followed up with another hour in person. She was very personable and honest with me. She worked with me on pricing and financing through care credit. Moving on to the staff. My pre-op appointments I met with medical assistants, nurses and my surgeons (Dr. Geers & Dr. Bansal), all of whom answered my questions in depth, walked me through what to expect and also provided education on nutrition and lifestyle changes that would lead to optimal results. I opted to have vaser lipo on my whole torso, front and back (done in 2 separate surgeries) under local anesthesia right there in the office. I walked in and walked out several hours later. I was back to work in 3 days. This was last September. The results are phenomenal, the staff worked with me to make sure all my post op appointments worked around my work schedule. Because I was so impressed with the results and the ease of the procedure, I just had my arms done as well. 3 days post op and I am just as thrilled as I was before. Please be careful when choosing a surgeon, find someone who will be honest with you, educate you on the results you can expect and teach you how to maintain your results for permanent satisfaction. I have had a few in office vaser lipo procedures done, and have reviewed how amazing the process and team is at Elite MD. This time I am reviewing aftercare treatments which I had with Miss Rema. I had a vela treatment on my back to get out the stubborn lumps and bumps, as well as to help the skin contraction. I finished off with lymphatic massage on my most recent procedure- the chin and neck - and it was absolutely amazing. Rema knows her stuff and makes you feel so comfortable even in times where it's not. The lymphatic massage felt so relaxing and rejuvenating and really made a difference in just 30 min! read more

This review is a long time coming! My family and I have been coming to Elite MD for over 4 years now. I started seeing Dr. Sona for my acne. They offer a one size fits all plan (they literally have a pre-typed up sheet of your acne plan), which is not good considering all skin is different and treatments need to be specialized in order to be effective. I've also seen Linda for medical facials, and I find her to be very condescending, and she definitely pushes products on you! I got billed for a $300 "acne surgery", because apparently she extracted a cyst. This wasn't to my knowledge and she never asked me if this was okay---If I had known it would cost me $300, I would never had agreed to it. I've also seen Jeff for laser hair removal, which only has been moderately effective after 2+ years of receiving treatment. My overall take-away is that they're more interested in making money than providing genuinely good care for their patients. I felt taken advantage of money wise as a teenager receiving care from. They have way too many patients (good luck trying to book an appointment!) and aren't focussing on the ones they currently have. I've finished off my laser hair removal packages, and I won't be back! read more

I started seeing Linda the esthetician at Elite MD in March 2018. She was instantly different from anyone I've ever seen before at any clinic or spa. She was very knowledgeable about acne and skin anatomy in general. It was really helpful to hear her process and how she planned to tackle some of my issues. I loved that she told me "we are doing this without antibiotics!". She came through on this proclamation, by mid June 2018, I was completely clear and glowing. I came to see Linda with cystic adult acne on my jawline and neck, as well as hyper-pigmentation. She connected my issues with complete extraction sessions and chemical peels. It took some work from me which I followed her instructions to a T. I saw great results when I stayed diligent to the routine. There is a need to see her often as in every couple of weeks in the beginning to really be effective, but as soon as I saw that it was working I didn't mind the cost or the time spent. After having my breasts done 15 years ago and a tummy tuck 3 years ago, I felt like my back didn't match my body. I met with Tricia, she was very nice and informative. I booked my appointment that day for Vaser Lipo. My pre op appointment was with Francisco. He was very helpful also, and always answers my emails. I also met with Dr. Bansal that day to go over my procedure. He is very informative which can be overwhelming, but I'm a very anxious person. On the day of surgery everyone was amazing. They could tell I was anxious and they did everything to help put me at ease. My first and second post op were with Rikki who is amazing. I've had my third post op with Dr Bansal. He went over exactly what he did and what he found. He explains what is causing your "fat" and gives you tools to help fight it. As for my results I am three weeks out, but I see such a great result! I loved my Botox appointment with Rikki! I was visiting from out of state and they were so accommodating. Rikki is incredibly knowledgeable and warm. The injections were super quick and painless, I had no bruising or lasting swelling, and so far (6 days after) I'm feeling great and looking great. I have been to Elite MD two times now for injectables. They have amazing packages for these services so I took advantage. The office is a quaint downtown Danville medical office and it has that old Danville charm. They has so many options in treatment and have a lot of state of the art equipment with lasers and other devices. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable and I was taken to my room right away which was nice since the lobby was busy and I anticipated a wait. I met with PA Crystal KherKher for a consultation and she walked me through all of my options and made me feel very safe and cared for. She is super smart and picked the perfect fillers for me. She took her time with me and went slow for the injections, constantly checking in with me since I am sensitive to injectables. The Medical Assistant Darelyn was also very sweet, offering comfort and moving quickly are to clean and provide services. I left the appointment booking a follow up and looked refreshed and lifted. The next time I went back for dysport was equally enjoyable. I was greeted by the same front desk staff who was offering a complimentary Visia scan which I took full advantage of, (do this for sure), and received a full report on my skin to help me in making the appropriate skincare choices. Crystal remembered me by name and took me back to the room and got to work right away. I got my dysport which was super quick and painless and went about my day. I will continue my care with Elite MD and have a consult for a surgical procedure next month. I am familiar with their work, (I know someone that had a procedure there) and if I can get those gorgeous results too, I am all in. Everyone there is friendly and the overall vibe is great. I just had liposculpting a little less than 4 weeks ago and I feel amazing! I first met Dr. Pao 5 years ago at Elite MD when she assisted in first surgery with Dr. Bansal On my Abdomen with fat transfer to the Breast. I loved the results then and I'm loving them now. During quarantine I had lost nearly 9 pounds by following the Elite MD Sculpting lifestyle food list. While all my friends put on an extra 10-20 pounds I was extremely grateful that I've been coached on how to keep my results even during a difficult time and no gym. For this last procedure Dr. Pao worked on my very stubborn areas that I couldn't get down on my own. I did some areas on my back and my thighs with fat transfer to the annoying hip-dip. I went into Elite for information about the aged skin around my neck area. I met with Trish and she spent two hours with my going over products, services, information and options. I made an appointment to get a mini face lift and laser resurfacing of some acne scars on my lower face. She stayed in contact with me before the procedure, during, and after. Speaking with me almost daily. Everyone in the office was friendly and kind. I discovered Elite MD about 8 years ago when I was looking to get a tummy tuck. The results of my procedure were better than expected. Dr. Bansal is amazing and it still blows my mind how good he made my stomach look. From start to finish, the experience was great and 8 years later my stomach still looks flat and smooth. I'm not sure you can put into words of the experience you get when you meet Dr. Bansal but I'll try. Even though going in for my procedure I wanted to try to perfect certain areas of my body I had no idea what I was walking into. Dr. Bansal perfected the sculpting of my body and when I say perfected I truly mean his attention to detail was like no other human. What Dr. Bansal explained was just like full face lifts look fake most full bbl can look too fake, Elite MD is one of the few practices in the world doing the mini bbl in the office and I look better then most bbls out there. If you want to get your back side bigger with more volume and beyond sculpted but still look natural please go check out Dr. Bansal and his team at Elite MD. I've never seen medicine practiced the way him and his staff practices medicine especially Dr. Bansal. I am now about three months postop and the whole experience was way more than just my physical appearance, he has now helped me internally find out who I am, how to be a better woman, how to be a better mother and a better wife to my husband. He had a special gift that unlocked certain mental blocks that were hindering me to see what is inside of me and how to never allow my body to get back to having toxins inside of me again. It wasn't about the physical way he sculpted my body, it was more about how he's helped me mentally by physically showing me what was inside of me and explaining how to make mental shifts to change my whole life. Been working w/ EliteMD for a year now. They are kind, professional & LISTEN to the client. I had belly laser lipo & have been working w/ Jeff & Linda on my skin to remove freckles & age spots, as well as keep my skin in a healthy state. I cannot understand any of the bad reviews of EliteMD! Yes, they are a busy business & ALL businesses serve to make money but I have never felt pressured or treated anyway that was unprofessional. As a patient who has been going to them for some skin and hair issues for the past year, this tells me they care more about making money than the actual health of their patients.They could have at least grandfathered in their previous patients. I've invested a lot of time with Joannie (who is a wonderful nurse practitioner) and now I need to start all over again somewhere else.
