The day after we there for the corrections I had another toe lose the gel polish. I haven't gone to have fixed since it isn't always convenient to go that way. I am very frustrated that this has all happened in 4 days time of getting the pedicure.

(Appointments are not required but it was very easy to make and the process was very speedy with one). I did the $39 - 70 minute combo massage. It consisted of a face massage, neck/shoulder massage, foot/leg massage, and then a full on body massage. They had me get undressed from the waist up for the massage. The massage was absolutely incredible. They worked every area multiple times in multiple different ways. I even got a hot stone massage too which I did not know came with my package, but was absolutely phenomenal. I felt like such a V.I.P. and for $39 you cannot beat the price. As for the space, the rooms are not private like they are in high end massage parlors. It is one big room but they do separate it with curtains which is very nice as some other Foot Spa's do not. Nice, relaxing music playing throughout the massage. They even give you a little water bottle after your massage as well. All the details were wonderful. They accept cards but do charge a $1 processing fee (not a big deal to me at all, but just a heads up for others). I looked up if Chinese massage focuses on groin muscles and I guess that can be typical, but I ended up telling him to stop. It just got too personal. And then he actually reached underneath me and started on my pubic area, and I immediately told him no. And looking that up, it specifically says that is a definite violation. Until 5 days later when the top coat started peeling off my dip nails already. They looked super scuffed and milky so i called and the manager told me to come in anytime for them to fix them. Well i did and things got more weird. The lady who did my nails originially looked at them, buffed one nail, and then told me i needed to wait 20 minutes while she finished her client. I didnt have 20 minutes to wait to start so i asked the front desk if someone else could help. They said this lady would lose money and shed have to call her boss which she did. Then i felt horrible - the shop should help with that loss and not mention it to me. Finally someone else came and got me, fixed my nails. They look great and am hoping they hold up this time. She was super friendly and did an excellent job. Apparently she was planning to just file my nails down so they were started faster and the original lady would finish them she she'd be done soon. Well... several people came in and had an appointment which I understand but communicate if the wait will be an extended period. They put my feet in the water and I waited for 1 hour with my feet soaking. This was ridiculous and the failure to communicate is not acceptable. They know how long or should know how long the wait will be, then say something. The only reason I stayed is I was traveling the next day but if they would have communicated to come back in 1 hour instead of not saying anything left a very poor customer service experience. I could have easily came back 1 hour later. Since my feet were soaking I felt trapped and should have left after 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I felt nothing would have changed. I will not go back. Advice is to communicate if wait will be an extended period, most people expect communication and will be patient if you are setting proper expectation. I cannot recommend this establishment.
