Love coming here, Ben and everyone else is so accommodating and kind. They always make sure your nails are perfect. Very relaxed vibe and place has great prices. Will definitely be back!!!

I have been coming to see Ben for about a year and a half. He has really turned my nail game around. I was used to having nails randomly lift and having to get full sets every two weeks because of how quickly they would pop off. Since Ben has done my nails this has completely changed. My nails last and are exactly what I ask for every time. Also wanted to highlight that for the first time in my life I was able to grow my nails out long enough to not have to use a faux tip. All thanks to Ben and his wife.

First time trying this place and it's def my fav. Nails look so clean. I just got all white which was a lil more pricier than I thought . However , you get what you pay for. Cheaper places don't look far as good!

I'm highly recommend elite nails in grapevine. I'm Ben here sao many times, and happy any time my nails finished. Family, friendly!

When i first walked in they were friendly and welcoming, when i sat down he kept trying to get me to get gel polish but it was $20 extra so i decided to not get it but throughout my pedicure he kept making comments about the gel polish but i already said i didn't want it. He worked very fast and even cut my cuticle so bad it took him awhile to get it to stop bleeding. About 6 hours later when i changed into my pjs all of my left toes were messed up he did not let the polish dry before putting the top coat on. Next time i will just go to my usual salon even if there is a long wait because this is unacceptable. I started to question did he purposely do this because i did not want gel?

Love love love! My visit here was very nice can't say enough good things about it. Everyone is so nice and attentive, they pay close attention to detail. Beats my fav place in Arlington any day of the week

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday. I have been looking for a new nail place since I moved. I think I've found my new favorite place. They were so nice. The place is clean and not too busy. My nails are so perfect. I love everything about them!

Great little spot with nice service. Ella is a great nail artist and super friendly, great energy. I got a manicure + pedicure. Pedicure was nice but the hot stones massage could've been a little longer. Also my water was cold and I had to ask to turn up the heat twice. I'm pretty finicky with my finger nails because I'm brand new to powder dipping. Definitely hurt when she was filing down the powder and the rolling file grazed my skin twice. My edges aren't as clean as I'd like especially considering how much they cost. I suspect she didn't go as close to my cuticle after I jumped from both 'burns'. They didn't cut back/treat my cuticles which is different compared to my place in AZ. Overall the shape is nice and the color works well. Would return if I was strapped for an appointment but not vying to come back. $40green tea pedicure $35 powder nails with no extensions +$35 for I'm guessing the French ombre dip, one flower and 10 gems between my hands.

The thing about nail salons is that you can't just go once and leave a bad review if you didn't speak up or they brought you a diet coke instead of a regular - just like if you go to dinner once and hate what you order, you say you'll order something different next time. So I've been to this nail salon a few times and with my girl and they have not disappointed. They are gentle, detail-oriented, and opt to make sure you are okay with everything before proceeding. I rarely get my nails done bc I'm so used to bad experiences... but this place changed the game. And even when I did have a nail break off (they were on for way too long - I was just out of town) my real nails were sturdy, long, and strong. Would recommend if you are looking to get nails done but not for a group outing. read more

I literally have no words. Well, correction. I have a lot to say, but my first word is going to be AWEFUL!!! When I arrived he looked at my nails and said it was dip. I explained that it's old school acrylic and he kept telling me I was wrong. I've never been here before so I'm pretty sure I know what they did to my nails last time I went. I've had acrylic for 20 years. Tried dip once and it cracked within 4 days. I further explained that I wanted them taken off and a fresh set put on. He said that they didn't need it. Ok... say no to money. Fine by me. Then he asks if I want dip instead? YOU CAN NOT PUT DIP ON TOP OF ACRYLIC!!!!! It won't stick. My nails would have to come off and a new set be put on. Again... that's what I wanted in the first place. I told him, I'm too rough with my hands and I like acrylic better. He reluctantly starts it after he half a$$ files my nails down, he put a literal see through coat of white acrylic on. I asked for a little thicker and I received the thickest nails I've ever seen. After he fills them (super thick), he asked if I want them cut down. I said yes. "Sport length". He then pulls out a pair of nail clippers and just starts cutting away. I told him it was painful on my nail beds and he said there is no other way. REALLY? Cause every other shop does it with the drill. So he proceeds to continue cut them and they end up extremely jagged and sharp. He files them down, but he cut some of them so short that he couldn't get all of the uneven parts with the file. So I just let him finish, paid and walked out. It's going to take an hour to get these off with acetone. Never again! read more

At midnight I received the attached text from the Mike the salon owner: "Hi,sorry for texting too late.But i need to tell you something. Doing your nail take me very long time,i dont want to do it,so from now on, please come to another salon to do your nail,thank you!" I am highly disturbed and bothered by his unprofessionalism and lack of business ethics. First of all to contact a customer at that hour is absurd. Secondly, being that he is the nail tech he is in control of the amount of time it takes to complete my nails not me the customer. Third, the text shows a complete lack of courtesy and respect for a longtime paying customer. I never complained about the three hours he took to perform services I was paying for. Not to mention all the times I waited while he would stop to work on another customer, take phone calls or care for his toddler that he brought to the salon. How dare he complain, while he's being paid for the inconvenience of doing his job while i am paying to accept his poor quality service. I guess I'm grateful because this gives me an opportunity to find a nail tech skilled enough to achieve the job in a timely manner while keeping a positive can-do attitude. So much for customer loyalty, I now see it would have been better for me to part ways at the first sight of unprofessionalism. I have gone to the salon for two years and overlooked SEVERAL shortcomings and unprofessional experiences because I liked the way Mike shaped my nails. I now look forward to finding a salon where I can experience quality customer service AND cute coffin shaped nails. After posting my review the attached photo was posted by another "customer" who mysteriously knows who I am and was there every time I got my nails done. Ok PK=Mike or some other staff member if you're not an employee, writing back pretending to be a customer (to offset bad reviews), how would you know who I am (I've watched him do your nails...). My photo isn't posted so no customer is going to make that statement. Another display of unprofessionalism, so sad. 12AM is an innapropriate non-business hour, the same text could have been sent at 9AM the next day. So going forward be aware it is disrespectful to contact your customers outside of business hours. This is your customers outlet to share their experiences, it's my right to express my opinion. You should attempt to avoid a bad review while your customers are in the salon/ before they post... Not here on Yelp pretending to be customer doing damage control. If you'd like to respond to my post do so by logging in under your business profile not using a disguise. My only wish is that this would have occurred sooner... I hate that I've given my money for two years to a salon that would do a lazy job and then say such negative things about their customers (poor personality) while digusing themselves on the internet. Well Mike/PK I'll be working on my "poor personality" I sure hope you and your staff are improving your professionalism. read more

Do NOT go here for a full set/manicure 1. Two nails have already fallen off within one week. 2. Did not do cuticle care yet I asked why they aren't doing it, she said we do it after applying fake nail, they never did. 3. Did not finish up my nails by cleaning the residue with nail polish remover 4. Did not give me the color I wanted after repeatedly asking for a warmer darker, pink. Everything was alright but nails falling off after less than a week is not okay. Better for you to go else where and pay the same price for them to last longer. Just look at the sloppiness in the photos. read more

IF YOU NEED A NAIL PLACE COME HERE AND SEE KELLY. I'm honestly really sad I don't live in Tx because she would be my go to. And I would send everyone I know to her. First time here and I went due to the high yelp reviews. So glad I tried this place. I got a wonderful sugar scrub and foot and calf massage from Victoria, included in the basic manicure. Very nice job on the color for my fingernails and toes. Cindy did my husband's Mani and Pedi, and suggested waxing his bushy eyebrows which were tremendously improved after she did that. All the staff were friendly, including Ben. read more

I am missing two nails after 6 days. The day I got them done it already looked like I needed a fill. I was in the neighborhood but I will never go back here. Nexgen dip nails usually last me 3 weeks and it has not even been one week. I am so disappointed. It cost 50$ with a tip and was a total waste of money. Very upset. read more

Had a great first time experience. Made an appointment for the second time and they made me wait 45 minutes. They kept saying "be right with you". They took a walk in before an appointment. Then I didn't even get what I made an appointment for (mani and pedi. Only for a pedicure). I paid for one of the luxury pedicures and didn't get what I paid for. I didn't get the 15 minute massage with hot stones. I asked and was told they don't do that anymore they count every time they add each item to you (mask, sea salt, etc) as part of the time of the massage. Hmmm NO that's not what is advertised. I would never recommend thud place to anyone. They were rude and you don't get what you pay for. read more

I had been going to another nail shop for over 2 years. The girl that was doing my nails moved back to California and the shop just seemed to change for the worse. Since my nails are extremely important to me, I had a little bit of skepticism going to another shop. I love Elite Nails!! Mike, his brother John and the rest of the team are servant oriented people. Mike is very knowledgeable. They do over and above what is required. I have recommended many people to them and will go to them as long as they are there!! I give 5 stars plus, for Elite Nails. read more

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Shout out to Kelly and Cavin who were SO SWEET and SO PROFESSIONAL! They made the experience so lovely and I didn't just feel like I was getting my nails done, I felt like I was hanging out with friends!! They are just so full of life and light and love and I am just so happy I have found a new go-to spot!! Go to this spa, seriously! Even if you don't go there with friends... you'll leaving having made new ones! And be super super cute to boot!!! read more

I got a deluxe pedicure in this nail salon and I was super excited. The only problem is that After getting home My nail was already cracked. I was also wearing the sandals they gave me. In really upset because I was getting my toes done for my graduation tomorrow and now they got ruined. Not only that, While i was getting my toes done the lady doing my toes was digging into my skin and I told her twice if she could please be more gentle. She ended up doing it harder and she looked really pissed. read more

The service was AMAZING! I usually never get anything besides white acrylics because anything else is a hit or miss, but they really killed it. They had 3 different people help me with my nail to make sure they looked amazing and they only charged $55!!!! I will be going back 100% and could not recommend them enough, especially for nail art. This place is amazing with awesome customer service. The guy that did my nails took his time too which I greatly appreciated!! I came in today looking for my nails to be fixed from a bad job that another nail salon did like a week and half ago and elite nail salon took care of me and make my nails look perfect and beautiful. This is a great shop! I called in and they said they could get me right in. Well, the shop is a little tricky to find and I was lost so I ended up getting to the shop much later than I had said. They still managed to fit me in. I came back the next day for a pedicure which was awesome as well! Highly recommend this little shop! Love my nails...fingers and toes! read more

I came to this nail shop a while back and decided to come back since it is close by my job. I mean at first I wanted to leave because they didn't seem to friendly. I decided to stay and that's the only reason I gave the 3 stars because the lady who did my pedicure did pretty good. They did offer me something to drink which was a plus as well . So the overall experience wasn't to bad. There wasn't a long line so that was a plus!! Not like the nail shop I usually go to but it want the worst. I recently moved to Trophy Club from Dallas and wanted to find a salon closer who didn't make me wait. I'm very picky about my nails and don't like them too thick. I called ahead and made an appointment with John. He saw me right away and did an amazing job. I showed him the nails I saw on Pinterest and he did a perfect job. Everyone here is very nice and I love that it is family owned. I am very impressed with this salon and will be coming here from now on! read more

Great experience. Don was the name of the guy that did my nails. I got American solar for only $25. Don was fast and efficient. Very good work and I am very picky about my manis and pedis. They were short staffed but did a great job multitasking with 3 employees and 5 customers at the time I was there. They offered me a soft drink, water or wine almost immediately, of course I took a glass of wine.:D He offered to drive me home if I wanted more wine haha (joke, I'm sure). Definitely returning! And they are open until 7. Great for my work schedule. read more

Just had a mani-pedi here, and I must say, it was amazing! They are clean and friendly. My favorite part of any mani-pedi is the massage, and most places rush. Here? They took their time and had me about to fall asleep in the chair! I have a couple gnarly scars on my arm from a car wreck a few years ago, and every manicurist I have been to since then has scrunched up their nose at them and either, not touch my arm or massage it. I can understand the hesitancy to touch someone's bad scar, but to make faces is what bothers me. My manicurist here didn't even hesitate to continue with my manicure. That really showed a lot to me. I will definitely be returning here! read more

Very clean! Decent job on the pedi, the wait was long though..it seems they're understaffed? although it was on a Friday morning.. the little lady that did my pedi was very friendly although i could barely understand what she as saying... I think its a decent place with decent prices. I would definitely go back! read more

I have a pleasant experience here. I got the deluxe pedicure as a walk in and was seated right away. The lady tried to rush me to pick a color and once I did this gentleman serviced me. He did a thorough job on the pedicure and was friendly. Gave me some suggestions on what to do in Texas. They offer water and have a nice variety of magazines but need more OPI colors! I'll probably be back. read more

probably the worst place to get your nails done. i had to go back twice to get them fixed. the first time was the DAY AFTER i got them done and then the second time a few days after. and then 2 days after getting them done a second time two of them break while i'm doing normal activities. i paid like 60$+ for extremely crappy nails. the first time i got them done they were gel and the paint kept chipping and then second time they changed it to regular polish and didn't even cover the nail right. looks see through and not a solid finish. don't waste ur money or time read more

I've been coming to elite nails for probably about 10 years now off and on.. I think for the price there really isn't any better place to go. The "deluxe" pedi is only $30 and it's awesome. I like this better than the pricier place I go to in southlake. I got gel nails for the first time from here today. They didn't keep the acetone on my old gels on too long and they were quick but they look awesome! I definitely recommend this place. Also I think they recently remodeled and got awesome new pedi chairs!! read more

Honestly I had an amazing expierence, my nails were horrible and Kevin took amazing care of me. He told me my nails were too thick and they were! They look fantastic now and absolutely natural. Very disappointed... 1. There were fingernails left in the towel that was on the station that I was at and the lady just folded the towel to hide them. 2. She didn't take off all my previous nail polish which was dark blue, she proceeded to fill my nails very sloppy 3. When she filed my nails she cut my finger and didn't put any type of disinfectant on the cut 4. The station was a mess along with the liquid used during the fill the bottle was filthy on the outside. 5. The powder or liquid made my fingers feel like they were on fire. She explained the differences between Acrylic, Dip, Gel X, & buildable gel and which is the best for my nails based off my preferences! She's been doing nails for 27 years, she knows what she's talking about! Amazing service! Coming back here again! The music she played in the background was calm and relaxing!
