My nails from Elite spa, Thanh Le was the woman who did my nails. She left them so sharp I scratched my friend and myself multiple times. I had to go straight home and file them as much as I could. I asked for rounded and she said I do it squared everyone loves squared, obviously I didn't. Not to mention she clumped up every other nail with dip. I didn't want to get these done in the first place but my friends convinced me, I put five photos of my nails and one singular of the one I wanted. They are little above average on their prices because they are a bigger spa with more openings so there's rarely a wait time , however it would be wise to make an appointment especially if you are coming on the weekend. I've been here well over 10 times for multiple services and I have to say their service is very inconsistent. The front desk staff is friendly sometimes but rude sometimes as well. I went there today to get my regular service by EMY (for pedicure) and Heily (for Acrylic set). Unfortunately, Emy was not here & Heily had just started a client so it was a 1 hour wait.... So I decided to go with the next person they had in line just for my Acrylic nails while I wait on Heily to at least do my Pedi (polish change ONLY).... She was sent to another tech( a male) how starting ripping her old acrylic off instead of soaking and using buffing machine. As with any salon we go to, there may be concerns or personal presences however the few times I was dissatisfied with either the shape or colors of the dip powder & regular polish don't match (to no fault of the salon) the technician or managers quickly offer to fix or change it.
