I had a great experience here. I just wanted a polish change for hands (which was super affordable at $8) and the customer service was friendly and quick. I went on a Friday at 11:30 and there was one other person in there who seemed to be a regular. It was very clean, and I was shocked that there was absolutely no chemical smell, which I've experienced in just about every other salon ever. This was my first visit, and it was great. The shop is not particularly luxe, but it's comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and quiet. Hallie did a great job helping me relax, taking time to scrub, mask, and massage me nearly to sleep during my organic luxury pedicure. The pedi itself was also great - precision polish and calluses smoothed away. I also had a basic manicure, which was efficient but not rushed, including a brief but lovely hand/arm massage with moisturizer. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the length and quality of service. I'll be back for sure! First time here. I asked for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure went fine and then I was asked to wait until a nail tech was free to start my full set. Not a problem. Then, however, a person walked in the door and asked for a fill, and the next nail tech helped her first! I was a little annoyed but thought that there was a miscommunication, again, fine. Then when I tried to pay with my debit card, they tried to tell me that they didn't take cards...and they have a card machine on their desk. So I sat there, a little dumbfounded, and asked if there was an ATM nearby. The, supervisor, i guess said that it was fine, that I could pay with the card this time but to bring cash next time....I couldn't believe it! DON'T SAY YOU TAKE CARDS AND THEN TRY AND TELL ME YOU DON'T!!!! THEN!!! The nail tech berated me, and said that I should have tipped her in cash! ARE. YOU. KIDDING...ME!?!?! She's lucky she got tipped at all at that point. I will not be coming back. read more

This was the most expensive manicure I've ever gotten and it was not well done at all. It took 2.5 hours for only my fingernails and even having that much time, they were rushed and turned out uneven. FAR too expensive for such a low quality job. Would never recommend to anyone read more

I absolutely love Elite Nails + Spa! I've never felt so welcome in a salon! This salon really goes the extra mile for their clients! The salon is clean and cozy! The pricing is fair! WOW!!! When I thought I couldn't love this place more- I DO! I came here tonight for a pedicure with my mom. MY GOODNESS! They did such an amazing job! We came in 15 minutes before close (I called and they were completely ok with it) and we were here an hour after close. They did not rush us AT ALL. And the time, accuracy, and patience they had. I called for three same-day pedicures and got in right away with my mom and 8-year-old. I do not live in the area, just in town visiting, so I chose this salon based purely on yelp reviews and was not disappointed! This is seriously the best pedicure I have had in my entire life. The attention to every detail was immaculate, from skin care to nail care and polish application. Vy and all the other staff were friendly and made our entire experience relaxing and enjoyable--just what we were looking for! Just had my nails done and although the woman did a good job I had a bad customer service experience there. I am visiting from another state and upon entering I was asking for a gel polish change. I was directed to the colors hanging on hoops on the wall but just as I picked it up a woman came from behind me and said that she wanted to start to remove the gel first then I could pick a color. (I never got a chance to see the price list on the counter when I walked in.) I asked the price of the gel nails when I sat down and then the price for a full set. I decided on the full set. Then I was switched to another person. My daughter was told she had to wait because no one was available for her fill. A few minutes later another woman showed up and said she could do my daughter's nails. The new nail lady suggest to my nail lady I get dip so as to not damage my nails further. This is where it went bad. My fault for not asking about the extra charge. It ended up being $40 and when I asked about it the woman was really rude and defensive. No one should be shamed for asking a question and treated like that. Very unprofessional for what I now assume was the owner. It was so awkward for me and my daughter was embarrassed about the interaction with her and I. Holding up her sign she said "we are very transparent in our pricing". I never saw her sign in the first place. If I had I wouldn't have been asking for the price when I first arrived. Just upset at how I was treated . Even in the reply they are defensive. Still blaming me. I wasn't indecisive. I was a new customer visiting. How unprofessional to blame the customer. Just beware before you get service here. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more

My second time here, I wanted to bring my mom with to get a fill also, as our old nail place we went together to for 10 years just closed! I made an appointment for the two of us at 6:15pm....we got there a few minutes early, but unfortunately they were extremely busy and I didn't get my nails started until after 7 pm and ended up not leaving the nail salon until 8:45 that evening! BUT, the service was so excellent! A few nail techs even stayed late to finish my pedicure (thank you Pam!) after my nails....and to top it all off, the owner gave us 20% off our total because we had to wait for a while and was so apologetic - even though, it was fine! Even with waiting, I will most definitely be back to this place....you just can't beat the great welcoming, funny, and friendly attitudes of all the staff. Environment is very clean, pedicure chairs are THE BEST I've ever had, and all around the nails looked GREAT! New favorite spot!! My advice to you - BRING CASH, they don't accept tips on credit cards, and you will definitely want to tip these guys! Also - make an appointment! :) read more

I will Drive 40 mins to get my nails done here. They are always very professional and take your nails serious. If you don't like it they fix it. They will even do your silly Idea and if you change your mind and they will fix it before you leave. They are priced right for the work they do. I get a gel Manicure and a spunky pedicure every time and it lasts longer then any other place I have gone to.
