Yes, those things and more happened at another dental practice, so I was hesitant. Bogey Hills Dental was great to me. The Dr. and staff were extremely efficient and made the work seem like they could do it with their eyes closed. It was a real relief to find this practice. Lindenwood Dentistry has a great location in the Schnuck's center across from Lindenwood University in St. Charles. The staff are very personable and helpful. They use a combination of digital x-rays and photographs and refer to them regularly during procedures. The result is the most thorough and well explained examination I've ever had. They even did a couple of composite fillings on my first visit and the cost was VERY reasonable. The doctor who performed the procedures isn't listed yet on their website, but I believe his name is Dr. Schaumberg (sp?), young, but professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him highly enough. The same goes for Lindenwood Dentistry, itself. They are new and still taking on new patients. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you will be happy with them too.

My wife and I were both overcharged with mine being $220.00 over and my wife was being overcharged by over $700.00 which is a 120% overcharge. Then when we were told by the office billing dept that it takes 2 to 3 months to receive a refund for our overpayment even though they have already received payment from our insurance company. So they now hold our money for a period of time and draw interest while we are waiting for our refund. We also requested a pre-determination be done on her claim and was told they had done that but after consulting with the insurance, we found out it was that it was never done. So this office is either completely incompetent or just flat out dishonest.

He would talk to Prosthetic team and they would call me. Didn't hear anything and in extreme pain so went to office Monday without appointment requesting Prosthetic removal. Advised no. Told them i wasn't leaving until they were removed. Too much pain. After an hour or so. They were removed. I once again advised lowers and uppers were loose. The assistant confirmed uppers loose but didn't touch lowers. Put on caps, I left but no one set up time to discuss the bad Prosthetic. They simply sent letter dumping me as a patient because they weren't going to fix the defective Prosthetic that I paid $54000 for, and do you think they are going to refund the .money since they didn't meet their obligation? Just send me elsewhere so I can pay more money to fix their screw-up! My mouth is so sore I can't eat, drink nor talk. Pain pills no longer help. Unable to post picture but my mouth is so badly injured, the other dentist can't do anything for 3-4 weeks so mouth can heal. Again, cannot post picture of letter dated July 6 sent from Dr Pinkston advising they will no longer be my dental provider. Been complaining since early 2025 but they never fixed problem. My experience? Day 1 Removed 16 teeth and was fitted with full temporary implants. All my decision, could have gone partial, but knew what the future held and went the full Monty. Uppers and Lowers. 1 month evaluation and progress, evaluate healing and gums, your gums shrink after healing, leaving a void between your temps and gums. Water pick is mandatory. 2 months Removed temps, repaired them from grinding (my fault) didn't have my bite guard in. Then they templated my healed gums for permanent teeth. reinstall repaired temps. No charge for repair. 3.5 months return to get my permanent implants. was given the molds made for my process and procedure. Clear choice St Louis was the right providers for me. Considerably more expensive than the "Las Vegas" option but some things are not worth bargain shopping for. Or you could say that quality has a price. Financially and emotionally.
