Ordered the combination plate of bourbon chicken and kung pao shrimp. I didn't care for any of the protein. The bourbon chicken was charred too much and didn't have a distinct flavor and the kung pao shrimp was over cooked and vegetables too soft. Was hoping for a great experience as it was recommended highly from social media. Management did come over and offered another entree and was very nice to trying to make it a better experience. This is the absolute BEST Italian Restaurant in Thomasville. The owners are from Napoli. The food tastes like something straight out of Europe. The pizza is really good...they even have Sicilian Style if one likes that. The subs are superb. The bread tastes like homemade. The Steak and Cheese Sub and the Sausage Parmigana are really good. I have not had any problems the pizza is the closest to New York City style of pizza. I know because I grew up on Pizza from New York.

It seems no matter which location we have visited the food and service is good.I like this location as being in the area of Walmart you can shop and get a good lunch or supper. We eat here often. Thr pizza is good but a little bit greasy. The regular calzone is excellent. Not a fan of their sandwiches- they are a bit dry (thr cheesesteak) but this is the only place I will eat pizza around here. One of the main draws for this restaurant is it's proximity to the interstate. If you're traveling along I-85, and want a place for some Italian, this is a good option. Prices are about average, and the food is above average id say. The kitchen works very hard and works to accommodate requests. The one drawback of this Elizabeths is the hectic and busy environment you see while you're at the table much of the bussing and running around it done out of the kitchen, in front of the public. Some may not mind this, but I felt very rushed and stressed with so much going on around me. read more

Went by and picked up a take out order. The order was for two people and two different meals. Got home and immediately set down to eat it. This was the most disgusting food we had ever put in our mouth. We had ordered from Elizabeth's several times before and the food was very good. Called and talked with manager. He never apologized, just said he didn't know what to say and he couldn't do anything about it. It is just discouraging to order out, pay higher prices for bad service and terrible food. read more

My family of 4 were in the area for the Junior Olympics and someone recommended Elizabeth's pizza. We noticed that there were several locations, which is always a good sign in my book, so we went. We were VERy happy with out meal and the service. We ordered the "Elizabeth special" pizza, the Greek salad, the garlic knots, the Ceasars salad, a slice of cheese pizza and a pitcher of beer. It took less than 16 minutes for the pizza to arrive and we were all very happy with the quality and flavor of all of our dishes. We took home half the pizza and enjoyed it the next day as well.
