This isn't a post about the quality of taste of the pizza. To that, I will readily admit, I'm not a huge fan, but my wife is. The reason for the negative review is, I went by the National Highway location last night to pick up a takeout order for my wife. While I sat at the pickup window, where I sat for a couple of minutes, I noted three people in the kitchen, NONE of whom were wearing protective masks or gloves. Look, I get it. Masks in particular are extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially when working in a kitchen. But like it or not, Covid-19 is still very much a real thing. You're working around food. Basic food safety calls for, at minimum, that the kitchen people take a modicum of concern. read more

More expensive than the other locations. Customer service is always awful and unfriendly. And they skimp on toppings! I would have to ask for extra sauce, cheese and ham and pay extra just to get a pizza consistant with the other locations. I absolutely adore the location on South Main in High Point, and thought this might be comparable. I was wrong. Went there today, tables filthy and unbussed. Salad bar missing cheese, and everything on it looked questionable in terms of freshness. Was told by server they were out of bread for our sandwich after we ordered, and then when we told her we'd just forget it someone else came out and said they actually did have bread. I LOVE Sir Pizza. I remember that I would purposely do my laundry across the street so that I could get take out from this place! What do I love most about Sir Pizza? It would have to be their finely diced pepperonis. To the untrained eye, one might think that it is a Totino's Pizza (it does resemble a frozen pizza) ... but one bite will squash that thought. Went to pick up an order and the woman gave us the wrong change back and when we told how much it was suppose to be she said get it right I hate to get her upset.. first of all she got upset cause she didn't know how to do basic math.. and when I said to her if she was gonna work there she needs to know how to deal with customers she said you probably don't even have a job. Then I called in there and she pretended to be the Manager.. I guess she thinks open to close is 8 hours since she can't do basic math but I know she won't be working 24/7 I'm going to fine out who is over her and they better do something!! read more

Place was pretty dead when we walked in. A couple of tables had some dishes that needed to be picked up and the staff was just kinda hanging around waiting for close I can imagine. We sat down, got our menus and then our drinks came right after. We ordered a deluxe 12" and when it came out it was very good only part was it wasn't very hot so idk if they just did us a favor by letting it cool off or if it had been sitting waiting for the waitress to get it. Best pizza ever! Love the pizza. It has fairly good prices. However the pepperoni is good, but way to greasy. There is one in North Myrtle Beach that has a buffet and fairly better pizza. Where's the cheese? I love their crust and sauce - very different from average! But they have no clue what cheese is! I still order from them but know I have to add my own cheese. I've added extra cheese to my pizzas on their menu but they don't add it. It would be a five star if they would just add some extra cheese. But the scant amount they have is good. What's pizza without the cheese?????? Better than Papa John's but only because Papa John's has horrible crust in all forms. T-ville needs better delivery pizza! read more

A home town fav. Pizza is pizza unless you go to a wood fired place that has smaller speciality pizza OR you could go I Sir for a different twist. All the toppings finely chopped! Never had a bad experience at Sir Pizza. The food is top notch - sure, it's a little bit pricier than a big chain, but you get what you pay for, and plus they run great deals.
