Such an incredibly cute little place to stay right on Duval Street - truly a great location - and…read moreI'm so glad my travel companion found Casa 325 for us in a pinch. We absolutely loved the location of Casa 325 but I think we loved the fact Casa 325 had a pool even more so! Between lounging in the pool for hours (I fell asleep!) and the air conditioning, we survived Florida at the end of July - oh the humidity! Our room was super cute, spacious, and clean. We had two twin beds which was perfect for our needs. There was also a small refrigerator although I'm not sure about a hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quite charming overall. Reasonably priced - access the best rates on hotels.com or Expedia. While I would have loved to give the coveted fifth star to Casa 325, I could not because we had some initial difficulty with the parking situation at Casa 325. Despite there being a parking lot in the back (although small), we were directed to park at a lot a couple blocks away from the hotel. With that being said, we had to pay $20 for overnight parking and I don't believe it was in and out parking but I might be wrong on that. Either way, it was frustrating to have to park a couple blocks away with all of our belongings. And, having been on the road for over three weeks, our stuff was no where near organized to be able to easily pull it out of the car and drag it to the hotel. Oh well, we survived.

We arrived late on Thursday night and was prepared for the late check in by the friendly office staff. It was a breeze getting our key and getting settled in. There was a spot right in front of our cottage that was free parking! (I was afraid we weren't going to find a spot but there was plenty and soo close!!) First walking into the cottage it was a lot nicer and bigger than we expected. There is so much storage and room to put all of your belongings. They provide an ironing board and iron, vacuum, some dishes, coffee with condiments, towels, a safe, plenty of pillows, and soaps! The cottage was very clean! The front porch was so nice to spend our mornings and nights on! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating! This cottage is in a perfect location and close to everything you want or need! We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! Very close to CVS, laundry mat, scooter/bicycle rentals, coffee, Duval St and much much more! Also, the pool is a nice, quiet, relaxing area where clothing is optional! We would definitely recommend staying here when you go to Key West!

The office host was kind enough to let us check the room out before we booked it. The rooms are cool, clean, the bed was beyond comfortable (I'm actually still laying down haha) cute courtyard, friendly staff, parking, close to all the downtown Key West attractions but none of the noise! Lots of great little touches to the property as well, each of the guest houses run by the Key West Inns management has it's own personality. There are bikes available for rent right at the office too, so you don't have to try to track a rental down. Super big thank you to Andrea for being so accommodating, friendly and making great recommendations for the beach and restaurants. The icing on the already glorious cake is, the price!!! Completely reasonable and affordable. It is practically a steal. I'm certainly going to book this guesthouse again when I come back!

I visited a few years back and tried various b&b's since in my yearly visits. None of the other establishments come close to the type of experience you get when staying at Atlantis.. Starting with an awesome strategic location, it is conveniently just across from the beach. The layout of the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. The sitting area outside has such beautiful design, lighting and creativity that it gives off a warm almost indoor effect. The hosts' home is located close where they still give you complete privacy but are there if you need anything, even if it's one of Kayla's famous delicious key lime pies! The house consists of 2 separate rooms, each it's own uniquely designed suites. I loved staying at both as they both have their own special theme. If you're looking for a true b&b experience with a personal touch, wonderful conversation, a gorgeous zen-like atmosphere in the perfect location, give them a try. Just remember to book well in advance as the rooms tend to go fast!

It's quiet and off the beaten path but just right around the corner from all of the action on Duval. I've read some of the other reviews and I have never had anything but friendly and attentive people working there. My wife and I got married in Key West and we stayed at the Heron House so we decided to stay there again. All the rooms seem to gather around a Little courtyard swimming pool that's not huge but big enough for several people to share. Our room was spacious, and there was plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable. I would say the TV needs to be a little larger, I mean maybe I'm used to having 85 inch tVs at my house, but the small TVs are kinda hard on the eyes when trying to watch the news first thing in the morning. But really is a TV that important when you're in paradise in Key West? They have a nice little breakfast available which I usually don't eat but there's fresh fruit, yogurt oatmeal hot coffee and tea. There is a little maintenance that needs to be performed, I noticed that in many of the locations this past week while on the island. I live on an island on the East Coast so I do understand that the salt water and the salt air do take hold and accelerates that effect, but there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of but it's still a nice place to stay for the price that you pay. My wife did not complain which means that it was at least above average LOL. And that's my measuring stick

Not a word was said to us ( no hello or welcome) and after we got inside he decided come in (that was the front desk person). The place needs a lot of fixing up. 3 out of the 4 blinds were broken. The closet fixture light didn't work. The outlet next to the bed was not screwed into the electrical box and had no outlet cover. The room was very dark due to insufficient lighting. Their attentiveness to housekeeping was horrible. I needed extra towels so I called the front desk ( after seeing him enter the office from my window). No answer and got voicemail, no reply to our request. Finally asked him in person and finally got my towels after day 3, but old towels were not removed nor was the room serviced. I felt like I wasn't welcomed and the staff was not happy. Would NOT recommend!
