I recently had a routine cleaning completed there and the dental work and customer service were exceptional to say the least. Giselle and Cynthia are ROCKING IT! Giselle, Cynthia and staff's responsiveness and overall attentiveness to customer dental requirements have been nothing short of outstanding. I was given an appt same day after i got off work and let me tell you this office and their staff did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, welcomed by the receptionist, then by dental assistant and the doctor i felt very at ease and welcomed. Mysellf and the dentist agreed it was best to wait and see my regular dentist as opposed to possible issues under the tooth. I value integrity as he could have just as easy pulled the crown off and then diagnosed. to make matters even sweeter, I was not charged for the appt or Xrays, though i was more than willing to pay. My regular dentist just retired and depending on how that transition goes, I may very well switch. I'd highly recommend this office and will do so to everyone I know. But while I was talking to her, she never explained exactly what she wanted to do nor why, but only ushered me out to speak with the receptionist/billing person, who told me what I "needed". It turned out that she wanted to put a crown on every tooth that I had left. It was going to cost me over $3,000 out of pocket. They wrote out the procedures that they wanted to do, and I took that sheet to another dentist to get a second opinion. That second opinion was that I did not need ANY crowns. This office is may be good for aesthetics, but they are only out for money. I would never recommend them, and I will not be going back there. Plus, when they did a cleaning, it was minimal at best. It was one of the worst cleanings that I have ever received.

It was very clean and orderly. I needed quite a bit of dental work, root canals, crowns, cleaning. I also had some really advanced work that needed a specialist for a different tooth that had an infection in it's root and they recommended a great one. Got all my work done and made new friends. How many times have you actually made friends with the office staff and doctor? How many times have you wanted to? This doctor and staff are the very best. Great people, great place. He took the time to explain the entire procedure step-by-step, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and went above and beyond with the cleaning. Very thorough and professional. He also clearly explained after-care instructions (like use salt water to rinse for the first 2 days, no mouthwash unless it's the kind of mouthwash specific for preventing cavities etc.), which I really appreciated. If you're nervous about deep cleaning or just want someone who genuinely cares, ask for Tien. Highly recommend!

To make matters worse, while the actual dental work they did perform was decent, the attention to detail and customer care is nonexistent. The crown they put on one of my teeth that I paid a lot of money for, was completely round. It looks absolutely nothing like it did before, and it's not how a natural tooth should look.
