Took my daughter here who is 1year 6 months old and she loved it. They had plenty of toys to play with to entertain her until she was ready to be seen. They even played her favorite show on the big screen TV for her to make her feel comfortable for her first visit. The staff was so welcoming to her. When she got examined by the dr she cried out of fear because it was her first time but they made her happy by giving her a balloon and a goody bag to take home. She left feeling very happy. Supper cute clean happy place! Her fist and second visit dentist was little tooth co in Newport/costa Mesa it is far from me but it was so clean and bright smiles all around I loved it but they no longer take my insurance so I had to find an alternative and cool kids dental went above that and beyond!! Doctor is so gentle and sweet and the recipients girl was so helpful and sweet too I think she had pink end which I love. The nurses are so understanding and kind. There's even a changing pad tabel in the bathroom that I loved!! My baby has been terrified of doctors and visit since spending 4 nights in hospital getting things shoved and poked in her she is terrified of anyone that wears a face mask! She starts screaming and crying but the nurses were so gentle and understanding they calmed her down. Anyway I will be coming back thank you so much for your time and kindness. Even taking me in as an emergency to check my baby's teeth from a fall the iron she has to take is staining her teeth and I though it was nerve damage but the doctor reassured me she was fine by checking her teeth thank you again!!! read more

We took our 19 month old baby here for her first dentist appointment! The online system was so easy to use when scheduling! Upon walking in, we were greeted with smiles and warmth from the office staff. They had a Disney movie playing, coffee machine in the waiting area, and lots of different toys the kids could play with while they waited! We were called back timely for our appointment and met with the Amazing hygienist first who explained what was going to happen at the appointment and also gave us some tips for dental care for the baby! At this age the appointment was quick since she didn't have many teeth, and for a clean bill of dental health! The dentist was very friendly and calming, especially with a crying baby! We even got to meet the office pup, Gucci, our baby loved him! When leaving, she was given a little goodie bag with some little toys and a toothbrush! I even received one too with a candle! I had my 4 year old twins , my 2 year old and my 1 year old seen today by Dr.P and it was an amazing experience! First walking I noticed that The treatment room was not crowded with a bunch of treatment chairs , as other pediatric dental offices are so it felt more personal and not like we were being rushed in an out. Both dental hygienist working on my kiddos were really kind and patient which is always a big plus . I really appreciated that Dr.P was also super kind, humble and patient with how hectic I was trying to manage my little ones . The front desk staff was also really professional and kind which I also really appreciated because we previously were seen at lollipop dental in garden grove we did not have the same experience with staff. The office itself was very cute with toys and books! everything looked well taken care of and CLEAN!!! The bathroom was also clean and has a baby changing station for families with a baby . The staff from the front desk to admin to dental hygienists are so professional and go the extra mile, they are so sweet to the kids and make them feel totally comfortable. We had an emergency for my daughter after realizing one of her molars had cracked while eating dinner. We needed an emergency procedure for her ASAP, so we checked Yelp and found Cool Kids Dental because we saw that they were open on Saturdays AND could do emergency procedures. Meli was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with helping ensure everything was setup in terms of insurance coverage, procedures, etc. When we arrived, the whole process was so smooth which was helpful to calm my daughter's nerves. She just needed her tooth extracted which took less than a minute, AND Dr. T explained everything he was doing so we were never left guessing. What a wonderful experience! First of all, this has got to be the cleanest kids dental office I have seen. They are so well kept, I had no problem letting my toddle crawl on the floor. My son had such memorable and positive experience with Dr. Padmani. The exam went so smooth and the cleaning was actually fun for my boy. Fortunately, he didn't have any cavities, but I learned that should he have any, the office is able to provide sedation. I am so glad I found this gem! They made sure to ease any fears they might have. The dentist chairs are big enough for adults, so if your little one feels anxious, a parent can join them in the chair. Plus, there's a TV mounted on the ceiling above each chair so your kiddo can watch a movie while they're being worked on--how cool is that?!
