We experienced amazing service, good Spanish tapas (shrimp gambina, warm artichoke dip with bread) , great Pinot Noir, and appreciated that it was dog friendly on the patio.

The place was really clean. Nice size. There is a room available for a larger group. There was only a hummus platter available that was vegan friendly. When I spoke with the waitress she suggested another meal and said she would go speak with the chef about the possibility of making it vegan and adding some seasonal veggies to it. Well she came back with great news and I ended up ordering the Tuscan Farmers breakfast but made vegan. It was super delicious. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on both food and drinks. I would love to come here again and hope to find more vegan options available on the menu.

Great Spot, with accommodating and friendly staff. We made a last minute reservation for 7 adults and a toddler , the team treated us like family. The food met everyones expectations, we all wished we could have shared some wine but It was our pre race meal for the Eugene Marathon. Would recommend to anyone looking for variety and a good quality meal!

Very disappointed in the management of this business. I went to this lounge with three other people after going bowling one Friday night. Me and my partner had eaten here before and it was good. This night, not worth the money. I ordered the appetizer Octopus...almost $20 for 3 or 4 pieces and they were rubbery and not edible. I was really disappointed. The Caesar salad was a plate of torn lettuce, hard bits of bread crumbs...DRY AS A BONE. My partner got the lamb kabob and it was COLD and very small. We were pretty embarrassed to bring friends to this place. I wrote to (I thought) Elizabeth's restaurant but it turned out to be one of their other establishments. The person responded that they would forward it to Elizabeth's. I never heard one word from Elizabeth's. We won't return.

This is such a cute place with such great ambiance. First off, the inside is so beautifully decorated and a great energy. The service is fast and very kind and knowledgeable. There is a vast drink selection: cocktails, wines/ wine flights, beer, and NA drinks. I didn't realize there is a food here too and it's an amazing menu. I got the jalapeño cheese dip and risotto. They were both delicious. What a wonderful experience for Eugene!

Starlight Lounge: Where Eugene's Secret Broadway Rejects Serenade You (And It's Weirdly Good)…read more Gave the Starlight Lounge a whirl last Sunday for their karaoke night. Expectations were set somewhere between "drunken caterwauling" and "mildly painful nostalgia." Color me... surprised! Let's cut to the chase: the *talent* here. Eugene, who knew? Several performers weren't just "good for karaoke," they were legitimately, bafflingly excellent. Like, "should probably be charging admission or at least bothering Broadway agents" levels. One individual in particular possessed the kind of voice that makes you wonder why they're belting show tunes in a dimly lit Eugene bar on a Friday and not, you know, on a stage where people pay actual money. It was impressively non-awful. Actually, scratch that. It was great. Shockingly so. Drinks? Perfectly serviceable. Major points for the extensive non-alcoholic menu. They seemed genuinely willing to de-booze pretty much anything on request, which is handy if you're the designated listener to Eugene's hidden musical theatre gems. Staff were friendly enough, didn't seem phased by the slightly goth-adjacent vibe the place cultivates. Points for atmosphere. The singer's area wins for comfort - actual couches you can sink into while contemplating the life choices that led that phenomenal voice. The DJ deserves a medal. Actively prowling the darker corners of the bar, gently coercing the shy into public performance? Effective. Almost concerningly so. They offer food (didn't try it, smelled... present), and there are the obligatory video gambling machines for those who enjoy losing money slightly more efficiently. Now, the rating. 3+ stars.*** Why not higher? Look, it's a solid experience. Friendly, talented, comfortable, good drinks (alcoholic or not). But it's the Starlight Lounge, not the Met. Manage expectations. It's a pleasantly nice hidden gem, truly. Emphasis on gem but also on hidden and possibly on the faint scent of... well, I didn't try the women's restroom this time. That particular adventure, and its potential to swiftly terminate an evening "May or may" not determine if one needs to head home cause she's unable to use a disgusting toilet) is reserved for my next visit. A critical data point, one might say. Overall- Surprisingly excellent karaoke talent (seriously), good drinks (booze-free options aplenty), comfy vibe, proactive DJ. Minus points for existential questions raised by the talent pool's location and the looming bathroom inspection. **3+ stars. Good job, guys. Keep it up! P.S: it was ass FREE less the drinks etc... SCORE! 3 out of 5 = Good Job Helping hands; improve and attract more customers. 1. Partner with Downtown Hotels: Drop off flyers/promo cards at hotel concierge desk highlighting your surprisingly Broadway-level karaoke and extensive mocktail menu - perfect for tourists looking for unique, non-club nightlife. 2. Advertise Themed Nights in "The Weekly": Run simple, recurring ads or event listings for specific karaoke nights (e.g., "Showtune Sundays," "80s Power Hour") in Eugene's free weekly paper - targets locals planning their week. 3. Leverage Social Media Snippets: Post short video clips (even just 15-30 seconds!) of your best singers (with permission!) on Instagram/Facebook; yes even facebook. Showcase the talent & vibe - proof beats description. 4. Promote Mocktails Specifically: Add a dedicated "Zero Proof Stars" section to your drink menu/online & mention it explicitly in ads. Eugene's health-conscious crowd will notice. 5. Offer a "First-Timer" Perk: Give a small discount on a well drink or mocktail to anyone the DJ recruits to sing for the first time. Lowers the barrier, rewards participation. Good luck & I have faith you will continue to make wonderful cherished memories.

I had the Marry Me chicken meal, which had a delightful cream sauce with spinach, broccolini squash, and sun-dried tomatoes. A couple of my friends had cocktails and they thought they were very good. Other meals to my friends included the Poutine Fries; The breaded pork chop (schnitzel) and the shrimp pasta. I should have looked for street parking. I went on Saturday at 6pm, maybe that's why it was crazy expensive. Gosh, this price was more expensive than parking in Los Angeles. The restaurant was very cute, service was great. Food was very good. However, my lasagna was 1.5" x 4". I guess I got the mini/kids size lasagna. My son got the pepperoni pizza and he liked it. Pizza is pizza, it was good. his roommate got the chicken fettuccine. His portion was very generous and he loved it. The bartender was very nice and I ordered a scotch. The pour was generous and the price was as expected. Once my friend arrived we were shown our table, given our menus and told the specials. So far it was a nice experience. We settled on our choices and waited for our server to return. It took longer that I would have hoped and the restaurant was not very busy. I ordered the Pasta al Limone, my friend ordered the Butternut Squash and Gorgonzola Ravioli. We were then told they were out of the Ravioli. Would have loved to have known that at the beginning. After a few awkward moments to come up with a second try the Fennel and Sausage Rigatoni was the choice. The food was fine but nothing special. My sauce was thick and not expressing any lemon flavor. The pasta was fine but again nothing to write home about. The same with the rigatoni, all of it was fine but I can get fine at a lot of places. Overall, the ambiance was nice, the service was okay and the food was not completely disappointing. That is about it. I would go back if someone invited me but I will not have this on my list of places to revisit any time soon.

The Skybar is located on the 5th floor of the building along with the Hotel lobby... uh okay. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. We went to the SkyBar and found it to be a smallish yet convenient place to wait for guests or visitors along with getting a drink or a bite to eat. The bar looks like it can accommodate about 30 people in the interior. There is a nice outdoor patio that can easily accommodate more when the weather is nice. The barkeeper was very attentive and observant, he took our food and drink requests at the bar and in short order, everything was presented. I had a Moscow Mule that I found to be a refreshing drink. Ginger beer, lime and vodka. An excellent combination. I also had an order of the chicken wings and fries. The fries were a normal shoestring variety, cooked well, nicely salted and came in a metal bowl. The wings I found to be outstanding! I don't usually get wings this well made unless I do it myself. I received 8 wings coated with barbecue sauce on a charcuterie board with the fries. The wings were served nicely hot. The meat was piping hot, juicy and tender. The barbecue coating was a hearty middle of the road sauce, not sweet or too smoky. It was caramelized perfectly for that sticky texture and flavor. Definitely a nice coating. Thankfully the bartender brought us a lot of napkins. The wings and fries made for a satisfying meal. The bar boasts a couple of gas fireplaces that make for a warming environment with a few semi private tables. There is a longer table for a larger group as well as several smaller tables and a few bar stools for game watching. All in all we found the bar to be a cozy semi-private environment, yet available to the guests as they come and go. All around, a nice meeting area and watering hole. We will book our family members for a stay here at the hotel. I'm looking forward to trying more of their specialty drinks.
