Usually for myself I choose raw--I can lightly toast any nuts for a few minutes in a toaster oven. Organic nuts are power packed with life-enhancing great nutrients. They also carry gluten free and vegan options too of items, and prices again, reasonable! If you plan to use a cart, just bring your quarter to unlock, and you will get it back when returned. The store itself is always clean, and the workers kind. They scan quickly, and you bag your own items.
