We THOUGHT the roadside service did a good job replacing the tires but about 6 hours we were proven wrong. Luckily we stopped to rest right near Libby's (at the pilot truck stop) for the night. We woke up to find the tire flat AGAIN. The truck repair next door (L&M) was of no help (told us to drive to walmart despite a hole in the tire so big you could put your hand in it), so my husband walked into the Pilot and Angie, the kind manager suggested Libby's. Libby's was helpful from the second we called them. They not only found the tire we needed, but got to work putting it on, gave us helpful advice, and we were on our way within a couple hours. Can't thank you enough for being so kind to strangers and not ripping us off! Thank you Libby!

Re: Wire railing project Would not recommend this contractor based on the following; * Did not have skillset to complete project while assuring us he did, indeed felt we were misled as to his abilities to the point of we felt being were conned. He arrived with only himself and no helper which only led to the inability to properly install the railing. o Contractor did not follow the simple installation instructions provided with the railing and/or deliberately failed to install all of the parts either by blatant incompetence extremely poor work ethic. o Contractor insisted (after job was done) that owner made changes. Owner did not make changes, contractor left very late in the day (early evening), and insisted if I discovered any issues, he would be happy to return in a timely manner and make corrections. o Posts were not installed plumb (instructions specified shimming as required) which led to crooked railing and loose cabling. o Provided grommets not installed at all. o Claimed to have the ability to weld but upon demonstration his abilities were extremely poor o Upon further review by two other more reputable contactors, it was recommended that railing could not be fixed and should be completely torn out and replaced at great additional expense. One contractor said; "who did this - we want to ensure we never him again."
