Lele is amazing and ever since she's been doing my eye brows I'm getting compliments left and right and when she did a body wax I was satisfied. I had no pain she knew what she's doing. Larry did my acrylics and he is amazing. He takes his time he spent over an hour doing my acrylics and it looks extremely natural and it lasts long doesn't break. Horrible, horrible experience. This morning was my second visit at this salon. I stopped by and asked if the wait would be long and was told no and to have a seat. Thirty mins later, after someone who walked in after me was started before, someone finally got to me. I was also planning on getting gel nails, but again someone who came in after was helped again before someone even got to my nails. The quality of my gels is terrible. I had to ask the man to clean underneath my nails, my cuticle beds look like an amateur touched them and you can visibly see excess clear gel around my skin. When you go home and feel like you have to "fix" your nails, it's not a fun experience and feels like a total waste of money. Two and a half hours later, I leave extremely disappointed. Unfortunate because this salon is down the street... I don't plan on returning. read more

yup. my favorite place. i moved to this area not too long ago and i was always disappointed by all the nail salons i went to. nowhere matched my standards. finally came here after reading reviews on yelp and i found my place. gel mani, pedi, and wax. get them here. this place is not 'whoa' nice when you walk in. its small and not fancy but it does the job. also the price is so cheap for the service you get. lele is so accommodating and gives you couple dollars discount here and there once she gets to know you. shes great with gel manicure and im SO happy i found her! all the other workers are nice too! try to make appointments but she accepts walk-ins too. read more

Leelee and her staff are still amazing! Went in yesterday for a last minute manicure. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Leelee is sweet as ever and she showed me a slideshow of all the gel nails she has done and they are so cool! She has literally a MILLION colors and brands to choose from. Elle Bella Spa is the best nail place that I have been to. I started coming here right before I got married last August. Lili did my gel manicure and it lasted almost a month. My pedicure was great too! Lili is always able to get me in and everyone that works there does a fantastic job. You can tell that Lili loves what she does and cares about customer service. The massage chairs are very comfy and the best part is that even my regular manicures last about two weeks and that's with a lot of wear and tear! After being a customer of numerous places in La Crescenta, Montrose, La Canada, Pasadena, Eagle Rock and Burbank and for having many mani/pedi's in the last 20 years I feel qualified to say that Elle Bella Spa is great and that I highly recommend them. read more

I have always had short nails. I went to another place in La Crescenta and got gell nails hoping to get them growing. A week later they were chipping and separating. I went back to have them repaired. They didn't have the time. So I went to Elle Bella. One of the girls did my nails. The owner Le Le had trained her. They do about 6 layers and really take their time to make sure they are done right. 2 weeks later my nails were still perfect!!! They had just grown out! Le Le did my nails this time. She really cares about the quality of the work that happens at her shop. 2-1/2 weeks later, my nails are still perfect. Just grown out. This place is awesome! I finally have pretty nails! The quality of the work is superior and Le Le is such a sweet, funny lady who really cares about her customers!!! I Love this place!!!! read more

I recently visited Elle Bella with some family members for a girls day. I got a full set, while the others had mani/pedis. The pedis were great, and hot stones were used to message their calves and feet, and their polished turned out great. Their manicures on the other hand were not so great. All of their nails were shaped oddly. The polish was old, so it stayed sticky for over an hour after they were done. In fact they were so sticky that my aunt ended up having to remove the polish when we got home. The full set of acrylic nails that I got, were mediocre at best. The acrylic is uneven, thick in some places and thin in others, and the shaping is awful. (I know it's bad when my husband commented on the way they look) As for returning in the future, my family and I agree that we'd only go back for pedicures. All that being said, the owner and staff were all VERY nice! read more

Yay for Amy who did my pedicure this time. The polish is in tact even after a week! I forgot to mention one super cool thing that Elle Bella Spa does and it's using hot stones to massage the calves and feet during the pedicure and also for the upper back during facials. It's amazing! I got another facial by LeLe, and I couldn't be happier. Lele bought a new pedicure spa chair and wanted me to sit in it when I got there, but another customer beat me to it! She's so funny to have mentioned it :) Elle Bella Spa is not a luxury spa; it's affordable, sanitary, and gets the job done. It has been incredibly hard for me to find a good nail place. I have small, sad nails and everywhere I go, the nail techs always comment about it, which I hate! Lele at Elle Bella Spa was so nice!!! I get acrylics and HATE when they look super thick and fake. Lele put a tip on my nail, making sure to measure each one to my nail for a perfect fit, and gave me a french tip with gel. The way she did it made my nails look so natural and pretty!! Even the other ladies that work at the salon couldn't tell I had tips on :) Lele is the best. Very meticulous and super funny and nice. I just have to say that this has to be the friendliest nail salon I have ever been to, and for a little place.... WOW is it popular, and I totally get it! After having my first gel manicure from Lily, I will never never go anywhere else to get a mani/pedi of any kind. Several years ago I went to a different nail place down the street for gel and they were peeling within a week. A friend of mine recommended LeLe and she's been doing my nails ever since. The value is great. I always get gel nails and a spa pedicure for $40. Customer service is great too. Once my pedicure polish was too thick and they creased overnight. I went back the next day and they repainted my toes for free. Always call ahead. They get very busy! read more

I love this Salon. I've been going to LeLe for the past 4 years. My gel manicure lasts for a solid three weeks as does my regular pedicure. They have a wide color selection and popular brands like OPI and Essie. If there's ever anything wrong with my mani or pedi, which happens very rarely, LeLe fixes the issue swiftly. She has accommodated late and last minute appointments for me. She is very skilled at her job. Can't say enough good things about this place. Very reasonably priced as well. read more

They do sloppy work. It's convenient because it's in La Crescenta, but if you are willing to drive, I would avoid this place. I took my pre-teen daughter there and she was treated quite dismissively by the staff. Every time I've gone, I've had to have them redo my nails, even after they "checked them." Most of the time it's because they missed nail color on the nail bed, which to the naked eye is easily detectable, yet for some reason the nail technicians always seemed surprised and would then proceed to blame me somehow?!?! There are so many wonderful places to get pampered. This is not one of them. read more

Very bad customer service; they don't use clean tools, if you ask them to use clean tools from sterilized package they get mad at you. The lady who was doing my nails was so rough filing my nails that cut my skin so,bad that i had to stop her from continuing doing my nails. Even though i didn't do any color on my nails,i got charged same price and the owner said because i took her time, rip off. I never will go to them and i don't recommend this nail salon because its not sanitary, they don't use sterilized/ clean tools and they overcharge you. My go to amazing nail lady decided to go on vacation so I decided to get my nails done here cause the reviews were so amazing. I came in at 12:00pm and didn't walk out till 1:35pm and all I was doing was a gel. I'm all for my nail lady taking her time although this was just a bit ridicules. After an hour and a half my nails don't even look that great. The gel is way too thick! I will say the owner was very sweet and her prices were great. Although, she was a bit pushy about me returning and doing a pedi. I think just leaving her customers be is a better idea. I also noticed she was taking so many people without even having enough workers? Anyway I don't understand how she has so many stars but I will not be returning unfortunately. read more

I went to Elle Bella Spa for the first time a few months ago. To be fair, I did have an appointment on a Saturday, so it was probably busier than normal which is to be expected. Though I did have an appointment I ended up waiting a few minutes because the ladies before me were not done yet. My mani pedi turned out great and the girl really took the time to make sure my nails were perfect. I loved the cozy atmosphere. I've been to other local nail salons that were not very customer friendly and seemed to just be rushing people in and out as quickly as possible. Elle Bella Spa definitely makes it a more enjoyable experience because of the relaxing and quaint atmosphere. Bottom line, try not to go on a weekend if you can avoid it since it is a small salon and can get busy, but I loved the end result and will go back. read more

Had my first hot stone massage today. Felt GREAT! I'd done something to my neck/shoulder the day before, and so Lele paid special attention to that area. Love how the hot stones just add a different element to a massage. I can see where, if you bruise easily, you could get bruises as another Yelper posted, because it is a VERY DEEP TISSUE massage, so be sure to let Lele know if you do bruise easily. I will definitely be back for more massages. Afterward, I could even turn my neck properly, which I'd been unable to do since the day before!
