I went in with a gift card and she was extremely rude and dismissive. The manicurist that was doing my nails did not speak english. Do not recommend at all. After sharing my experience I have learned she often mistreats and does the same to other customers who come in with a gift card get treated horribly. UPDATE: First, I never complained about the quality of my nails. This is what I complained about which you did not address. 1. I requested Anne and confirmed my appointment with her and she was not there. 2. I requested a GEL manicure, you guys upgraded it to russian without my consent or knowledge. 3. You charged me 90 dollars for a russian gel even though your website said 70. 4. Finally, it has nothing to do with whether I enjoyed my time, at the end of the day. They asked if I was in the right place and kept staring at me. I said the number I called and they were more confused but I showed them it was the one on Google and my call log for yesterday. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager took my number and told me to hold. Then said there was a double booking and if I waited 45min they would give me a discount. Meanwhile the staff was staring at me and I've never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was also filthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
