Ellie is the cutest & sweetest lady ever! Today was my first time going to her and she was very helpful and informative of how we were going to fix my "botched brows." Yes BOTCHED, I had gone to another eyebrow place & they had made my eyes brows very thin and uneven. I grew my eyebrows out for over a month, went to Ellie and she explained to me that it's going to be a process to get them where we want them, but she will fix it! I found my eyebrow lady! (FINALLY!) Not only can I WALK from my house, but Ellie is superb from her skills to her awesome customer service. Today was the first time I went but she made me feel like I had been going for years the second I stepped inside. She was working on another customer but she greeted me warmly and when it was my turn, she shook my hand and introduced herself to me. I have been trying to grow my eyebrows (since I go through phases with them, don't judge me) and she said she would only be cleaning them to allow them to grow thicker. She explained that if she shaped them now, they wouldn't compliment my eyes because they would be too thin and she said I had beautiful eyes (what girl doesn't like to hear that?) and she wanted my eyebrows to do them justice. She definitely knows what she is talking about. I was terrified because it had been a while since I've threaded but she was fast and not as heavy handed as other places I've been to. 1st time going to this location and all I can say is I'm beyond satisfied with Ellie's work and her customer service. As I'm walking in Ellie is greeting me and also giving me thanks for coming in(she noticed I was a new client). I start to look around her shop and that's when I noticed she only accepts cash, I go sit down to get my eyebrows done and Ellie then asks me other than my eyebrows what else I want to get cleaned, I tell her I didn't completely read the comments on yelp to notice she is ONLY cash(at the moment I thought I only had $10 cash on me, but good thing I found more money on my wallet) and her response really surprised me a lot.
