After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I'm so grateful for her patience, transparency, and commitment to getting the results right. She essentially gave me a second session at no extra cost since we had to start over, and she never once made me feel rushed or upsold. Something I deeply respect. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I went to Ellie eyebrow place because i was getting fed up with others who claim they have all this experience however, ruin my eyebrows..last place i went too at the cerritos mall the girl rauined my eyebrows..she cut off my arches, and left them looking like a chola a gangsta girl..i had to fill them until some of my eyebrows grew back..six months later i havent touch or didnt trust anyone, i decided to go Ellie..she was so kind, very sincere, she made me feel so comfortable..i explained to her my situation and she listen to what i wanted..she also recommended to continue letting my archs to grow and she showed me where my eyebrows needed growing..she is inexpensive..which i love..her place is clean..love it!! i totally recommend her and i plan on returning back to her... read more

Very knowledgeable and does not chop off shape of eyebrows. I've been to other places where they sit you in the chair and start without asking how you want your eyebrows done. Came in to the shop and she noticed what the previous eyebrow threading place had done wrong without me having to tell her. From there it was just clean ups and I won't go anywhere else read more
