The only repair man that they have has been here so many times I can't count. He's replaced every replaceable part in it. The main board was on back order so wow that wasn't fun. Every few weeks he has to come out and thaw it, so I have to unload and reload it for him to do that Every time. It runs constantly raising my electric bill, cant put a price on all the food lost. As of today the repair man had surgery and can't work, whirlpool is backed up and I'm about to loose more food. The lady on the phone says she'll have the repair man call when he comes back to work and that's all we can do. $2,000.00 and 7 months later it look like buying local isn't worth it after all.
