He provided a fair and competitive estimate (using drones to provide imagery) and patiently explained the differences between 2 types of roofs that I was considering to me - 3-ply modified bitumen system and TPO. We redid our roof and replaced our skylights with ELM. Our roof wasn't leaking but it was getting old so we decided to replace it. We got several quotes - while ELM wasn't the cheapest, we decided to go with them because of the great reviews and the warranty. We worked with Carlos and he was very kind and responsive. Their crew worked really hard and late into the night because they were racing against the rain. It was great to work with him and the roof and skylights look amazing. While I was disappointed that during the heavy storm, our new chimney cap flew off and we had a leak in the chimney after the roof was completed (when we didn't have any leaks before), Carlos was quick to remediate the issues. Highly recommend ELM. They replaced our flat parapet roof after it sprang a leak. Carlos was amazing and during the initial inspection got up on the roof in the rain (on a holiday!) to try to stop the leak -- it felt like he was as concerned about my house as he would be his own.
