When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. They never contacted me to update status, I always had to call them. I finally got fed up & told the insurance company that I wanted the job finished at another shop. The next day my part arrived! Coincidence? They told me it would take 10-15 minutes to install the part. I was on my way to an appointment but had over an hour so I went ahead & took the car back there. I told them I needed to be somewhere. FINALLY after 40 minutes the car was finished. I was only about 5 minutes late for my appointment. NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Classic Collision told us that the door needs to be replaced and the entire passenger side needs to be repainted: * "Unfortunately" we went with USAA's preferred repair shop which was Classic Collision - not a good experience at all! * Almost six weeks of waiting and 10+ phone calls of checking in over and over again we got our car back in a devastating state - see photos and markers attached * The passenger door handle was loose and inoperable * The rare passenger window was not working * Obviously no quality control at all and no check lists * Residues and glue all over the rear window - Classic Collision told us to "simply remove this with WD-40" *very weird* * The additional damage done by Classic Collision now needs to be corrected by a more professional and Lexus recommend repair shop * Needed to clean the car 2+ hours after picking it up We cannot recommend taking your car to Classic Collision and obviously will never consider this repair shop again.

We contacted a number of businesses on Yelp for quotes, and Shaq had the best price and timeframe. We dropped the flares off the same week. He contacted us shortly after that they found a defect in one of the flares; they offered to fix it, but the flare company decided they'd send out a new one instead. Xtreme Motorsports was kind enough to house the flares until the new one arrived. Within a week, they were ready for pickup and looked great! We really appreciated the attention to detail the employees showed, the quick turn around, and Shaq's positive personality. I'd use their services again!
