You can see what you get $34 whole belly $6 more

I went for the first time at Elmo we ordered the whole belly clams they were good but the portions were VERY SMALL for the cost they could of given more the drinks we ordered were very good than we ordered the seafood platter my wife had the baked and I had the fried again for $34 each the portions were very small personally I will not be going back. There's other places that give you a lot more just as good.

A 1960s seafood themed restaurant, with prices and flavors to match Been to this place once before, and I recalled it not being very good for the price. But I decided to give them another shot, to see if they possibly improved or changed things up. Will state that they haven't changed a thing. If you recall places like bugaboo creek or U.S.S Chowderpot, you will be familar with what to expect in terms of decor. The place is dated, with lots of nautical themed decor smattered around the place. Everything is clean, but old in it's style. The server was very friendly, and we ordered a seafood cioppino, a twiced baked potato, and new england clam chowder with some seafood stuffed mushrooms. The stuffed mushrooms were mostly mush, not much in the way of flavor. The New England Clam Chowder tasted a little off, so we had to return that. Turns out, they use tarragon in their clam chowder which lead to an off-taste I was unfamiliar with. The twiced baked potato was okay, but they didn't add much in the way of seasoning to the mashed potato on the inside. lead to a pretty bland bite. The Cioppino had lots of shellfish, but we were not provided a basked for the shells, so we had to use the bread basket to store the shells. The pasta was cooked well, the white wine sauce had some flavor but not enough to be notable. The shellfish was in varying states of doneness, all cooked but the shrimp were a little overcooked. The food was all cooked, but not seasoned well and very expensive for what you get. For me, I am not a fan. There's a fish market not that far away, and I think the food they put out is superior. Unless you want some dated decor, this place is a pass

Food was ok. Not anything to write home about. Asked if we had a reservation. Very pricey for what you get. 36 $$$ for a little fish two scallops two clams two shrimp and potato. Service was ok.

Inside is still somewhat nice looking if not a bit sparse and a bit dark. I try to get a single tamales. Along with a sandwich. Food comes out after a short delay. Took pics then dug in. Bread is really good. Crusty but soft and was warm. Had to cut it myself but they gave me a steak knife which worked for the job. The beef was flavored well but the jus was over seasoned with salt. It mellowed out when treated like a French dip, but still a little too salty on its own. There was about 6 small strips of steak, with some tomatoes and onions also in the mix to help bulk out the sandwich. The tamale was massive, masa was spiced well. Chicken was pulles in long strings which led to uneven bites of chicken and masa. Price was good for the sandwich but not the tamale. 13 for the sandwich is reasonable but would want the option for some fries or something to bulk it out. The tamale at 8 was too pricy for what you get. Not a bad tamale, but would rather pay 4 and get half than pay for a big one. Least then I can try both protein options and pick a winner. They are improving, and the efforts are noted. New menus and new servers make for a better experience. There's still some tweaks to be made, but it's a good place to try if you're feeling adventurous

For an entree we got the wok fried rice with mixed meats. Rice was well done, but basic fried rice, the meats were cooked very well (other than the shrimp) but not a lot of meat. Overall, my biggest issue was the inability to read and understand the menu. Less than 50% of the menu had descriptions in English, and unfortunately when asking the staff they were unable to translate and answer questions. The tables around us were Spanish speaking and had a significantly easier dining experience. I feel like this is a great local Latin American diner, and if you are looking for some authentic Peruvian home style dishes this is the place. But if you are English speaking be aware you may have difficulty.

For started I got the firecracker shrimp , which had a sweet and tangy sauce which was delicious highly recommend ( I personally didn't think it was spicy but had great flavour ) For my entree I got the California chicken sandwich which was really good . Highly recommend and I got the side of truffle fries which had just the right amount of truffle ( since I personally don't like to much truffle ) Plenty of flavour . Nice light seasoning with salt and pepper and juicy on the inside . Served with delicious mashed potatoes and green beans . The espresso martini he said was his second best he's ever tasted ! Situated in The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk, Burtons Grill offers a bar, a spacious dining room, a seasonal patio, and a space suited for large groups. My friends wanted to take me out for my birthday and asked where I'd like to go. I chose this spot because I'd heard so many good things about it. Since the weather was pleasant in October, we decided to sit outside. For starters, we shared a rustic bread roll served with pesto, herb, and garlic butter, and olive tapenade. In my opinion, the olive tapenade really stole the show, giving the bread a bold flavor. The bread itself was soft, warm, and utterly delicious. We also tried the signature wings coated in maple sriracha and the Memphis dry rub wings. Although I couldn't distinctly taste the maple or sriracha, the wings were still packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, which was rich with spinach, artichoke hearts, parmesan, tomato-jalapeño relish, and served with tortilla chips. It was genuinely tasty. For my main course, I went with the Steak Frites, featuring a charred flatiron steak served with béarnaise sauce and Parmesan-truffle fries. The steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The truffle fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the truffle flavor really made them stand out. It was a simple yet satisfying dish. My friends chose the crispy fish sandwich, comprising fried haddock, pickled red onions, pickles, tartar sauce, all nestled in a brioche bun with a side of French fries. Another friend ordered the general Tso bowl, which included braised chicken glazed with general Tso sauce, along with charred broccoli, a rice-and-quinoa blend, julienned vegetables, toasted almonds, scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and ginger aioli. Both of them said their meals were fantastic. Our server was friendly, lively, and attentive throughout the meal. I definitely plan on returning to try more items from the menu.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk area felt disorganized and overcrowded. The young hostesses were not very welcoming and didn't greet guests with a smile or provide direction on where to stand or wait, which made the entrance experience awkward and chaotic. There is no bathroom downstairs so you would have to go upstairs for the restrooms The restaurant was offering a $70 prefix menu, which honestly did not feel worth the cost. For that price, you only received soup or salad, an entrée, and dessert. I really think an appetizer should have been included considering the price point, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. We were seated downstairs near the kitchen, and it was extremely warm and uncomfortable down there during the meal. On a positive note, the service itself was fairly quick, and our waiter was very attentive and friendly, which was appreciated. Overall though, the atmosphere, organization, and value for the money left us disappointed. This did not include drinks and automatic gratuity was included in the bill since we had a party of 6.

It's much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. At 5:30, we were the first ones seated on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and it was good we had a reservation because the tables filled up quickly. Before we even noticed that the room was a bit chilly, someone brought over a space heater to make sure we were comfortable. My mother uses a rollator, and we were pleased that there was plenty of space to park it in a corner near our table. Staff were super helpful in getting her situated. Our server, Nicole, was friendly and attentive, as were all the other staff. We asked if they could do a non-alcoholic cocktail and she said sure, do you prefer something sweet or something gingery? We said gingery, definitely not sweet. With just those instructions the bartender sent over virgin Moscow Mules with ginger beer and fresh lime in copper cups -- delicious! We started with house salads which were fresh and nicely dressed with vinaigrette. Then we had the braised beef & truffle pappardelle, roasted cod, vegetable & mushroom risotto, and the homemade ravioli du jour, which was stuffed with mushrooms, swiss cheese and leeks. The person who ordered the ravioli is a vegetarian, so the chef came out to tell him the sauce had a beef stock base and suggest other options. He went with a truffle sauce. As she was delivering our salads and main courses, Nicole asked if anyone would like freshly ground pepper or grated cheese -- a nice touch that a lot of restaurants don't do these days. We were all delighted our food. For dessert, we shared the ricotta donuts and the cannoli. The donuts came out piping hot, coated in cinnamon & sugar, with a yummy caramel sauce on the side. The cannoli with orange zest, chocolate and pistachios was also marvelous. All in all, it was a perfect evening. Superb food and service, great atmosphere, and attention to our group's special needs. I'd like to make this a family tradition every year.
