The initial response was good, as they got back to me the same day. But after sending them a photo of the property, I never heard back from them. Now, I'm not sure why, but even if you aren't interested in doing the requested work, I feel you should at least contact me and let me know. They have several 5 star reviews, which is why I contacted them, but their communication with me was not good and the reason for my one star rating. After posting my initial review of one star, Emmanuel got back to me immediately and explained the problem with our communication issue. I contacted Emmanuel when I had to sell my mom's house and needed to have someone clean up the severely overgrown and dying mess that her backyard had become. Sorry, but this team failed me. After quoting a multi-phase project they only did one small part, trimming a tree. And they were three weeks late even getting to that. Most of the time I couldn't even get the courtesy of a reply as I constantly had to chase them down. They never came back to finish the other tasks and ghosted the entire balance of my project. Not very professional at all, especially considering that they took the contract away from other landscapers who were willing to do the work.
