Then one morning, the alarm wouldn't open my door at all so I had to call a locksmith to open it for me. Afterwards, the car's alarm kept going off non-stop so I had to call AAA to get my car towed. I went back to this shop to ask the owner to help me fix this problem but he stated that I needed to go to a mechanic as the problem will lie within the car's electrical system that had nothing to do with his work. After getting my car towed to a mechanic, they showed me that indeed the problem was with the alarm system installation. The wiring was extremely faulty and whoever did the job did real shady work. I hate writing bad reviews of businesses, and you can tell by looking at my Yelp profile. But in this case, I sincerely believe customers need to be aware of this man's horrible business practices. Because of him, I already spent $250 for a locksmith, $175 for repair, and now I need to pay extra money to get my alarm re-installed at another business location. In total, because of the owner's mistake here at Dr. Auto Sound, I just threw away approximately $1000 for nothing. I hope wherever I go next, I won't have to face this type of problem again.

Secondly, when I had to have his work re-done it was brought to my attention that this guy uses cheap and non stereo wiring for this application. Mind you, "the owner" stated that he uses "premium wiring". In life I learned that you get what you pay for and in this case I PAID and received NOTHING. This shop is ran by a one owner operator guy. I can not emphasize his lack of accountability and integrity this back of business shop displays.
