It was quite loud and kind of made the relaxation aspect feel a bit dull. I've been to many spas and the sound level is usually kept to a minimum, and some even enforcing no noise to help facilitate a relaxing ambience. Despite this, I still appreciated the facial and how it made my skin feel after. So yes, I would recommend for the facials, but just some caution around noise level outside the rooms.

When I got home and looked more closely, I noticed the polish didn't fully cover my nails, several toenails were uneven, and the overall finish looked sloppy. My daughter and I were in and out in under 30 minutes, yet we were charged $100 for the service. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to make a scene, but after having to spend time at home fixing my own nails, I was very disappointed. This did not meet professional pedicure standards AT ALL!! If you're looking for a quality, detailed pedicure, this is not the place.

I recently revisited a nail salon I hadn't been to in years, hoping for a quality pedicure experience. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The nail technician seemed disinterested in my preferences, specifically when I requested shorter nails. Instead of trimming them as I asked, they opted to file them, which wasn't what I wanted. After repeating myself again she finally cut it but it was very minimal. The situation worsened when the technician inadvertently cut the side of my toenail, causing bleeding. My favorite nail place! I go to Emily and Lisa every 3 weeks! They are truly experts at what they do. Emily can replicate any design!
