Got the chicken sandwhich. Just know, it's canned chicken... Beware The drinks are good though!

SEATAC Airport, N Concourse. Embarque Whiskey Grill drew my eye while searching for my gate for a delayed flight because it screamed "WHISKEY!" A nice, modern brightly lit interior with warm wood accents. The bar at this full-service casual dining restaurant features globally distilled spirits, with a bit of a relaxing oasis to imbibe on an American menu w/Vietnamese and French influences. The menu has sandwiches, salads, flat breads and includes a signature whiskey glazed burger, bánh mì and panini, seasonal & locally sourced seafood, and family-friendly favorites like mac and cheese. I tend toward Old-Fashioneds and Manhattans so this was a good place to park yourself while waiting for your flight. If doing a quick breakfast/brunch they also offer a Vietnamese Bloody Mary, w/Sea Ice Vodka, tomato juice, Hoisin sauce, Sriracha, house made Nuoc Cham sauce, garnished w/olives, lime wedge & Thai basil. Service was easy and attentive. Let them know if you're short on time and they'll keep an eye on your orders. You can always take your food packed for your flight. See you there!

Over priced for basic food. Spent over $50 for a bland plate of shrimp po boy and squid sticks "calamari". And two drinks Who eats calamari with marinara? They call this a full restaurant but it's slime pickings if you ask me. Service was mediocre so say the least. Didn't have high expectations to start with so I'd have to say they met them.

I paid for my order and a few minutes later was told they don't have short rib sandwich which was $20+ so I chose shrimp po' boy since it was the same price. I asked about the chicken pesto and pesto pasta and the girl shook her head, nada. We shared the order. The spaghetti was good. The wait was a bit long for a to go order.

Embarque is located in the N gate area of Seatac. We came for a drink after breakfast. One of the bartenders provided us good service & had good follow-up to see if we were enjoying our drinks. I had the PNW sour, he warned me it had some egg whites (the froth on the cocktail) which I personally didnt mind or think much of. This place was a little less crowded than the others in the terminal and they seemed pretty prompt in getting their customers waited on and with what they need.

A nice to place to wait for your flight in the N Gates area. Either order at the counter, or place an order with the friendly bartender. We previously sat at the Egg joint a couple doors down but it was crazy busy and we didn't want a big breakfast plate. I ended up deconstructing this thing since the bagel was nicely buttered and toasted. Couple of cocktails and a bagel sandwich without sitting on top of each other.

We eat here often on trips to Sonoma Square. Great service, excellent food, great wine selection. Nice atmosphere but casual enough, and they're good with kids too. 5 stars all the way! I recently tried the pesto chicken ravioli and it was amazing!

Great public bar, great service. They have some innovative drinks, delicious calimari, and very attentive bartenders. New in SEA and we enjoyed hanging out here waiting for our plane.

    $17 for a plate of lettuce/parm/croutons. I got 2 containers of pre-packaged dressing. I would definitely avoid.

Thank goodness we checked out the top floor where we found this place! There was no line, and next to no wait for our food. Plenty of seating around the restaurant. My 10-year-old daughter is usually very suspicious of fish. Like, if it even smells "too ocean-y," she's out. But somehow this place turned her into a seafood enthusiast for the afternoon because she absolutely demolished her cod fish and chips. Not a crumb left behind. We were all staring at her in disbelief I ordered the 16oz clam chowder, which was rich, creamy, and hit the spot perfectly because Seattle weather basically demands chowder. My husband got the salmon fish and chips and let me just say... the salmon absolutely showed up the cod. No offense to the cod, it tried its best lol. Also, can we talk about the fries for a second? I don't know what kind of magical potato situation they have going on back there, but my husband and I could not stop eating them. Crispy, salty, addictive little things. Overall, the food was amazing, we left full and happy, and my daughter discovering she actually likes fish might've been the biggest surprise of the trip. Would definitely come back!

However I decided to check it out since it's a lot closer to where I live and was craving some sushi. Their selection isn't as big as FOB's but it's still very generous. They all tasted really fresh, and I like how they aren't as enormous and one-note tasting as FOB's. Everything tasted unique! This should do the job to satisfy the sushi cravings :)

This is a sushi by the pound place in SLU, but they also have a menu with variety of things such as udon, inari, chirashi, etc. The selection of fish you can choose from in the weigh your sushi section is not that big. They only have 2 high premium fishes available: otoro and amberjack. However you can only get 1 of each, which to me defeats the purpose. I also got a bulgogi inari and it was $5 / piece which is pricey. Another thing is that they use a lot of rice, too much rice. Service is ok, they ring you up and bring the food to you if you ordered through the menu. It's a very relaxing and chill area as well. The food we got was just ok but for the price, it's not worth it. I'm glad I tried but most likely will not be back.

I skipped ordering it at first, assuming it would be basic, but the owner gave us free miso, and it was the kindest gesture I could imagine on a cold Seattle afternoon because the miso may be the best not-so-secret dish on the menu.
