I enjoyed my 5 day 4 night stay here! It was very clean! Hotel was a little under $600 for the whole stay. We had a double queen room with the living room area. Being that my son tagged alone, the living room area was where he hung out the most. Breakfast every morning was great. The omelets were the best part(there will be a chef cooking them fresh every morning)! From 5-630pm every day is reception hour, you gather in the lobby and enjoy refreshments provided by the hotel. We also received a voucher for 2 free drinks during reception hour from the bar. The pool was my son favorite pool Is open 4am-11pm adult hours is 10pm-11pm. All kids must be supervised by an adult. They can turn the heat on in the pool, but it takes a while to heat up. The hotel does also have a restaurant. I viewed the menu but nothing really caught my attention so I didn't eat in house. read more

I generally do not leave negative reviews, and despite some issues with our room--including stained sheets, stained flooring, and a toilet that barely flushed--I would not have felt compelled to write one based on those concerns alone. What prompted this review was the treatment our group received from the hotel staff throughout our stay. Before booking, we specifically called to confirm that the hotel could accommodate a group gathering for the weekend. We were assured that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. If you are traveling with a group, be aware that you may not be allowed to gather with food or drinks in the large lobby area, even when the hotel's bar and restaurant are closed. What was particularly frustrating was the inconsistent enforcement of this policy--some groups appeared to be permitted to gather, while others were not. Rather than being offered a reasonable common area, members of our group were told that if they wished to socialize, they could do so in their vehicles. Throughout the weekend, many of us felt as though we were being closely monitored and treated with suspicion rather than welcomed as paying guests. We were informed of an 11:00 p.m. curfew and told that anyone outside of their room after that time could be considered disruptive and subject to police involvement. At one point, our group was even accused of behavior that allegedly occurred while our entire group was not on the property at all. The atmosphere became so uncomfortable that some members of our group intentionally spent as little time at the hotel as possible despite having paid to stay there. We have stayed at many hotels as a group over the years and have never experienced anything comparable. We fully understand that managing large groups can present challenges, and we support reasonable policies that ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay. However, the treatment we received felt unnecessarily confrontational and was not reflective of the respectful, professional hospitality we expected. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage hotel management to provide additional training on customer service and group accommodations. Unfortunately, the staff's handling of our stay overshadowed any positive aspects of the property. read more

Really showing its age, and they seem to be trying to cut corners wherever they can. some of the material on chairs are bearly staying together. You can find better quality in any thrift store. Four people check in, but only three towels. check-in and find dirty clothes on the floor of the bathroom, less than a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. Heating system some times of the year is intolerable (coolest you can get is 78 degs.). I like to stay there with my family, but am second guessing if I want to stay there anymore. I like the location and the managers reception and breakfast is great. read more

The room comes with full hot breakfast in the morning.. It's clean, but needs a deeper cleaning. overall I paid $111 with tax so this was a good price. I would recommend this hotel. My fiancé and I visited this location this past week. The building itself was a little outdated in parts, but the renovations were nice. This is a safe place to stay in, which is always a plus. The highlight to our visit was Mikayla, the front desk assistant. She was so friendly, provided great recommendations, and was very personable! The room was clean but it took forever to have someone pick up our call to order room service and when they did we found we had been given the wrong menu. We usually enjoy the breakfast but the chef was 30 minutes late and we could not get an inlet like we usually do. There was other food but some of it was cold. I don't think we will stay here again. read more

I have been to other embassy suites in other states and this is the far least cleanliness stay I have had. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was a nice variety, and I love the idea of happy hour which included snacks for the kids. Our room was dusty, we found a dried up contact lens in the bathroom, chili beans under the couch, sauce stain on the bed skirt, and we even found an empty case of bear bottles under the sink. I have small children that put everything in their mouths, understand why this is problematic. There were multiple bandaids around and in the swimming pool. The thermostat seemed programmed in our bedroom, it would cut off heat at night, and we would wake up cold and have to adjust it. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the facility. I will have to try a different hotel when visiting the Milwaukee area. read more

Okay, Embassy Suite is an Embassy Suite. We had no issues with the A/C, elevator, carpet, and none with furniture. Also, every Embassy Suite we've stayed at has had the omelets and complimentary breakfast and drinks from 5 AM - 6:30 PM or sometimes 7 PM. What we didn't expect to encounter was black mold. Since we stayed on the top floor, I get it; sometimes the roof leaks, but what you don't do is paint over the mold; painting over mold may cover up the dark patches where the mold is growing, but it will not eliminate the problem. Sure, it's a quick fix to cover up the ugly stains, but it won't solve the issue at the source. For those unaware, mold is a fungus that will thrive where there's adequate moisture to encourage its growth. You'd think the cleaning crew would have alerted management to black mold growing on the ceiling tiles. Maybe they did, and perhaps management told them or someone to paint over it. I'm used to the old US Navy saying when it comes to painting, "once over dust, twice over rust," but I don't recall someone saying, "thrice over mold." Come on, Embassy Suites, this is just unbelievable and unacceptable. read more

I travel for work weekly. So it's safe to say I go to a lot of hotels. This has been the first hotel I've ever stayed at that turns off their AC during the winter months. I was wondering why my AC wasn't working in my room since it stayed at 70 degrees the whole time. Went down to the front desk and the manager informed me they turned off their AC and then the entire building through the winter months October to May. They told me to open my window, but my window is right next to the kitchen exhaust fans, so all they smell is food getting cooked. I hope you're not a HOT sleeper !!!!! read more

It brings great pain to write this review, but heck, I just have to be honest. I love the Hilton Brand, and this Embassy Suites does deserve the Hilton name. We have stayed at this hotel several times, and year after year the same issues do not seem to be addressed. This visit was worse though. We stayed here for an entire week and the trash cans that sit away from the elevator were never changed out for the first four days (they had trash piling out of them), so I called the front desk and asked them to get them emptied. When you are paying well over a grand for a stay, one would expect certain cleanliness. The HVAC system did not work in our room, so they gave us a boxed fan for our suite and the ceiling tiles above the swimming pool they refuse to fix. Home depot sells a case of 2x2 USG ceiling tiles for $44.33 a case... come on Hilton. The good. The staff here is very friendly, the main lobby is always spotless and they always keep the bathrooms cleaned well over in the conference area. All of the staff over in the breakfast area are outstanding. Man oh man, those folks work extremely hard and I love that breakfast is included with the stay, which is a major reason why we stay here. They have a chef that customizes omelets and pancakes. Especially during COVID times now, they changed everything to requiring that they cook everything to order. They removed the self-serving stations. The pool here is kept clean, during our stay, it was cleaned out and the hot tub was drained out and refilled. That was good to see. Whoever is in charge of building maintenance could really do a better job here. This is a Hilton, not Motel 6. The cleaning ladies here were great, and I could see they were overworked. It could use some support. Due to the lack of staff, they were not able to clean our suite not even once. In all seriousness, when one is paying hundreds of dollars a night to stay somewhere at a place like Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons, or the Marriott they expect a certain type of service. Management, your guests observe things. Trash bags laying up against the wall on floors for days, overfilled trash cans not emptied unless guests call the front desks, missing ceiling tiles in the pool, and guests having to use boxed fans... Since the roads were getting slick and I saw this hotel was at the next exit. I was able to reserve a suite via the Hilton app. Luckily, they had availability. Plus..... ample parking. Connie had checked me in. She was very friendly and very informative about the hotel. She went over the hotel and my benefits. Embassy Suites is just another Embassy Suites....I don't know if this wont recently remodeled but WOW. The lobby, seating areas and the reception areas are very modern and impressive. Even though this was a busy area, it was not loud. The areas are very modern with the lighting and the furnishings. I had missed the nightly reception so I can't review on that. The suite itself is very comfortable and modern. It seemed these suites were larger than Embassy Suites I've been to. However, the elevators are not the quickest so be prepared to wait a bit. The complimentary breakfast was very impressive. The food stations were well spaced out. I opted to have an omelette along with some of the already prepared items. I was happy with all of the food items. Overall, a great stay. I would defiantly return and highly recommend this hotel. read more

I've never been to a dirtier Embassy suites before. I have read this same complaint in the reviews before booking, but I still choose to book as I usually was not disappointed with this chain. Obviously they are choosing to not fix this, since it's a common complaint and still is an issue. We walked in to check in and directly in front of the guest services staff was a huge pile of crumbs and food on the floor that they couldn't miss. We walked down an hour later and the mess was still there. The hotel room also had a toliet that was difficult to flush, stained carpet throughout the room and paint peeling off of the bathroom ceiling. There was a pizza box that sat next to a garbage can by the ice maker for the entire weekend. There were also chunks of what looked like mud (hopefully mud!) on the carpet by the elevators that we noticed on the first night and that also was there the entirety of our weekend stay. The hotel is outdated, but that's not a huge deal as long as it's clean and this particular hotel is neither. read more

We had a great stay here! The rooms are spacious and stocked with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was awesome! The pull out bed was comfortable enough. There were a few weird stains in our room and noise travels. Other than the loud snorer below my partner it was a solid stay. I wake up early and who i assume was the security guard was really nice at 5 AM. It's a fun space and when we need to stay in Brookfield again this will be our go to. Started long weekend trip to the dells by shopping at the outlets, grabbing dinner and staying in Brookfield to make the second leg of our trip shorter. Used the app to book, check in and grab a digital key. We got in too late for managers reception but got up early for made to order breakfast. Stayed in two bedroom suite so the teenager had his own space. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast hit the spot before we jumped on the highway. Pool is a little small but there is a lifetime near by. Right off the highway and close to shops and restaurants would stay again. read more

I love the Embassy Suites brand because you get more space for around the same price as other nicer hotels. We love having a sitting area (with a sofa bed if needed) plus the bedroom and spacious bathroom. I like the Brookfield area so when my daughter's dance team had a competition in Milwaukee again this year, we chose this location. I especially like: 1) You get an email to check in digitally and confirm your room ahead of time. 2) A few minutes after checking in, you get a text asking if everything is ok with the room. 3) Hilton Honors members get points. 4) A Fridge AND a microwave 5) Neutrogena bath products 6) In room WiFi is included and hot, cooked to order breakfast is included. (Not cheesy continental breakfast). 7) Happy hour (which is actually two hours) with free drinks and snacks. You just get more bang for your buck at Embassy Suites. They offer the hot breakfast throughout the week as well as on the weekends, and even have the times posted in the elevators when you can expect light, moderate, and heavy traffic, and the anticipated wait time to go through the food lines and complete breakfast. How thoughtful! I can see how this would be helpful to business travelers as well as those who are staying to attend a particular event. The pool and hot tub here are both rather small and they were crowded when we tried, so we skipped them. But the room was neat, clean, and overall, service was great. They accommodated my request for a late checkout after the competition, which solidified why I love Embassy Suites/Hilton. We greatly appreciated the extra rest and no having to rush to get up and out when we left. It was a wonderful stay! read more

This hotel was beautiful and it has a huge breakfast buffet with so many options. The bed was comfortable. My low review was because there was a wet moldy ceiling tile in our room, and when I checked out, the lady at the desk told me that the manager would call me to talk to me about it and I did not recive any call or email from the manager nor any change in my room cost. Hilton should revamp this hotel or drop it completely. 1) The AC is shut off during winter. I know, makes sense. However, the rooms typically get to 73-75 degrees without them on. I spent the first night having horrible sleep due to how hot it got. There is no notice in the rooms that the AC is off, the thermostat allows you to turn it on. I called the front desk the next day and they stated they turn off the ACs in winter and they tell customers who ask just to open the window and leave curtains open - Can y'all sleep with the street lights outside? I can't. 2) It's a dump. Showers down drain. The ceiling is missing. The elevators are out of service. Maybe revamp is on hold due to COVID? Communication would be key here then. 3) Trash bags are left in the hallway for a long period of time by the cleaning staff. I think my company paid $300+ for two nights here. Completely over priced. Will not stay here again. The only reason it got more than 1 star is the staff is very nice. read more

We almost exclusively stay at Hilton properties. When we walked into this hotel we thought it was a nice change in regards to its decor; it's very modern and updated and a little stark but we really liked it. Our room was comfortable and we did not have the issues others had with the temperature in the rooms. The problem we had, was with customer service. We have always enjoyed the high level of customer service expected at a Hilton Hotel. This was not the case at this hotel. We called on our way into the city to ask what time we could possibly check in. Not only was the person who answered the phone rude but she was also snarky. Many times if there is a room available we can check in early and because we are diamond members they will hold it for a certain period of time. The young woman who answered the phone was very rude and short with me about how she couldn't and wouldn't do that. If it's the hotel policy I understand however there is a way you can tell me that without being rude. We just had the same situation the night before and while they couldn't hold the room, the person was very pleasant, accommodating and said they would do their best to help us once we got there- "no worries" When we checked out I went downstairs with a big smile "good morning I'd like to check out" and I almost felt like I needed to do apologize for even staying at that hotel and bothering the person that was at the front desk. The only reason I am scoring a three and not a four or a five is because of the poor customer service from the front desk. read more

Just substandard service. Room wasn't ready on time. Attended free evening reception but found out we needed tickets, were not issued at check in. Thankfully bartender told us we also needed a wristband for breakfast, so back to the front desk. No shampoo bottle left in room, had to go back down to front desk. 1 remote had dead batteries. A crawling bug was in our bed. (Not bedbug). Front desk staff not apologetic for issues. Room was okay. Stay at Hilton Hotels all the time travelling, just wasn't impressed with the lack of attention to details at this particular hotel. read more

This is a fantastic Embassy Suites, located right off the "main drag" in the local area. The staff were beyond accommodating, and there is plenty of free parking. They did a great job recognizing Diamond status with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, and the rooms were cleaned well. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic - one of the highlights of my visit. Even the coffee was good. I would highly recommend! read more

I really wanted to love my stay at this hotel, but it was only an okay experience. The entrance hall is lovely, but our room was only so-so. It didnt seem all that clean which is nerve wracking when having to travel for a funeral in the middle of the pandemic. While other rooms had been marked as deep cleaned with lysol badges on the doors, our did not have one. In fact our window sill was covered in dirt and old dead bugs. It was pretty gross. In the corner of the bedroom ceiling near the bad was some gross looking brown water damage. The bed was thankfully clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is okay, the omlette bar is a nice touch. Overall, we had an okay experience. read more

One of the best hotels around the Milwaukee area, I've stayed at many hotels in Milwaukee and this suburb location is top quality. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. As usual the Hilton rewards program is great for loyal members - bottled waters, free internet, snacks and more! The happy hour reception included at all embassy suites was especially cool with summer sausage and cheese curds! Workout room and indoor pool/hot tub were also solid. Thank you! Took a 1.5 hour Amtrak train ride from Chicago to Milwaukee. Got picked up by great friends, enjoyed great conversation and tasted great food. Great friends drop me off at the nearest #10 bus stop adjacent to E. North Avenue in Milwaukee. As I stood at the bus stop for about 10 seconds I asked the other gentleman I was standing with if this bus went "west"? He responded, "no, this bus goes north". As I was trying to wrap my mind around this apparent paradox, a bus pulled up on the other side of the street to pick up passengers- he then continued his response, ". . . and east". At this point as I see the #10 bus close its door and increase acceleration at a snail's pace- I imagined myself doing a full-blown sprint through traffic on Humboldt to catch the bus, banging on the windows with the bus driver reluctantly pulling over to pick me up and drive me to Brookfield Square. The very next second I was reserved to just walk across the street and waiting 35 minutes for the next #10 bus to Brookfield Square. I knew the next bus would put me in a predicament, my timeline for arriving at the wedding ceremony on time was in danger. Anyway, I got to the hotel and instead of them calling a cab and then me being potentially late, the HERO concierge/ desk attendant drove me to the wedding in the hotel van.
