This is a newish hotel (Summer 2021) in a growing area on the outskirts of the city. I liked how clean the hotel was, the easy check in process, the spacious rooms with plug ins for our electronics and the complimentary breakfast buffet. I also liked the friendly staff. They were happy to offer suggestions when were going out to explore. They were also quick to fix a malfunctioning thermostat and air conditioner that we noticed when we returned. read more

Stayed two nights this past week and really enjoyed this hotel. Pricing was great, pool was clean and not crowded. Our room was updated and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. Hotel is very quiet and in an excellent location, easy access to I-94/90. Room was not clean. Garage pail wasn't emptied and the last guest had left used coffee grounds in it. Hairs in shower not mine. Popcorn on floor and a large hairball under the desk. TV menu hard to use, couldn't access HBO or Fox Sports Network. Next time I'll try the Hilton Tru hotel which is nearby. read more

Picture this... as I'm driving up to WI for the weekend, I became tired and hungry. First I needed to find a descent hotel. I saw a sign which had Motel 6, La Quinta and Hampton Inn. All three hotels have pluses and minuses, however, I choose the Hampton Inn. Kate, Guest Agent, was completing a phone reservation. After she completed the reservation, she apologized the wait. Great customer service from the beginning. She was able to give me the best available rate for the one evening She went over the hours of the breakfast and then directed me to the elevators. The room was very nice for a three star hotel. The room was very typical with the work station, bedding, and the tv station with a small refrigerator. The room was very sound proof - could not hear the guests next to me. I know there were guests next to me since I could here them in their room when I would walk in the hall. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very plentiful with scrambled eggs, cheese in a separate container, various cereals and breads, cut and whole fruit, beverages and a waffle maker for those who wanted waffles. The station was very clean and maintained. It appeared this hotel has a mixed cliental - business and transient guests. The hotel had a gym area along with a decent size indoor pool. Fantastic staff! Honestly the most friendly hotel staff I have ever experienced. The evening guy, I can't remember his name, was like an old friend welcoming us home every night and helping us with every request we had. The inside is super nice ! All the rooms are redone and have a modern business feel to them . One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in out of the country . The staff here welcomes you with that good ol Midwest charm ; super friendly and welcoming . They have toiletries in the bathroom for you. Bathroom also has a hair dryer. Beds are super comfortable with a legit bed comforter; none of that floppy one cover BS. Hotel has an indoor pool and work out room . Hotel is located less then minutes from : Gas stations , restaurants, music stores , craft wastores , a mall , coffee shops, gyms , grocery stores , parks , hardware stores , electronic stores .... you name it it will be 1-5 minuets away ! read more

Service was friendly. Enjoyed the 24hr coffee/tea bar and that they had hot breakfast. It's near a lot of places to walk, eat or shop. The bed was comfy but pillows were extremely soft and kinda flattened as you lie on them. However the rooms are clean and have fridges. We stayed at this hotel for two nights (we left yesterday) and everything was very positive. The front-desk staff were *exceptionally* friendly & helpful, our room was spotless & a good size and the mattress was very comfortable. There was a noisy group of women in the room next to us on the first night, and we knew we couldn't change rooms because the hotel was fully-booked. I called the front desk and the nice young woman called our neighbors, who amazingly apologized profusely to the receptionist and they quieted down sufficiently. The (free) "hot breakfast" was the typical limited carb-heavy stuff and the coffee cups were minuscule (the latter is problematic for taking coffee with you), but the people working in the breakfast room were pleasant. read more

Complete scammers!! I paid in advance with my hotel award points (Hampton Inn/ Hilton Honors Program) then they proceeded in illegally charging the credit card they had on file for me over $472.00. Then when I brought it to their attention and showed how I had already paid in points, they gave me the run around. Now I am in the process of trying to dispute it with my credit card. What a pain and complete unnecessary waste of my time. I don't know what's going on with the Hilton line of hotels (Hampton Inn is part of Hilton) but this is the second time this year they have illegally tried to charge me using my credit card they have on file. read more

Stayed here on a Saturday night after the Cubs game in Milwaukee. The pool was nice in size and they have a small lobby area where you can hang out and talk with others. What really wowed us was the service by Dan (I think that was his name) at the front desk. Greeting and chatting with guests as they come thru the lobby. I could over hear him listening to the needs of the guests and doing it all with a smile. This is the type of employee everyone needs and he should be acknowledged for it. read more

My parents stayed here for a week in June, 2014. My kids & I went swimming a few times. My 7 y/o left a bracelet behind. We didn't realize this until the next day. I called the hotel and had a pleasant phone conversation with a front desk person. She immediately sent someone into pool area to look for the bracelet.... And they found it! The bracelet was then mailed to my home with some stickers for my daughter :). I thought that was going above and beyond! My parents only gripe was that they were not told when they booked that renovations were going on. My Mom didn't care, but my Dad gets grumpy about such things!! Faithful to the name, this Hampton does the trick. It's of the slightly newer design (I think it's newer, at least) that I've been seeing, with the closet towards the "outside" of the room. This is fine, but it makes the rooms a little dark. There is a nice little built in desk, but my room with two double beds was a big cramped because of layout - there would have been more room for the desk had it not been opposite a bed. Made for a very narrow space between one bed and the desk. No matter to me - I always lay on the bed. Otherwise, the hotel seems reasonably new. Maybe it's not, maybe just well kept or recently remodeled. Bathroom has a vent fan, so I don't have to add a beloved Hilton property to...the list. Beds are the normal awesome compared to almost any other hotel bed. Decent flat panel TV (although with the common lack of HD programming) and a fridge/microwave - no complaints. If I had to stay a while, I'd be A-OK. I will say that the room was a bit expensive - I originally had a reservation, canceled on short notice as I didn't know if I'd need it (and they canceled without a fee, even though it was, maybe 2 hours to check in time) and then ended up needing it. So my rate went up, not that I really blame them. Also of note - all the hotel stays in the last few years, and I think this is the first time I've ever just...gone in to a hotel and gotten a room. I had to think about how to actually do that...how does one just...ask for a hotel room? Thankfully, through my rapid grunting and a quick game of charades, we managed to work something out. read more

Big like!!! The hotel is in good location. Just at the exit of the highway. You can't miss it. It's 20 minutes drive from downtown. Very quiet. The staff is super friendly. The price is so worth it. And the hotel have very fun little details. Free wifi free parking and free breakfast. Only thing to complain is the breakfast. The eggs and potatoes are not so fresh. I went here for business and was pleasantly surprised. It's on the more basic end as far as hotels are concerned (no spas or restaurant beyond breakfast), but it's one of the best basic hotels I've been to. The decor is fun and bright, all of the fixtures are new, there are plenty of plugs everywhere in the rooms, and the beds are quite comfortable. The rooms aren't particularly large, but they're great for one person. There are a few nice thoughtful touches that have been added, like a convenience shop with snacks and most anything you could need at the front, a lovely breakfast in the am, and rubber duckies in the bathroom. (I took a picture of my little summer duck to remember my roommate for 2 days) If you're in the area, this is a great choice for the money. (I do find the core branding for Hampton being that they're super clean, shouldn't all hotels be super clean? Whatever. They did deliver on that brand promise at least) read more

Needed a place to stay for less than 12 hours. Clean hotel that offers a decent breakfast(hot foods included). I also loved that they have coffee out 24/7. We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM and had no problem checking in. Luckily we had a room on the first floor kind of near the main road but no noise complaints. The hotel is nicely furnished the bed was extremely comfortable we had a king size bed with pull out sleeper. Decent size room. Plenty of space for two girls to get ready(extra mirrors and outlet by the mirror) The lighting in the room could of been a little bit better-couldn't figure out how to turn the one lamp on. I am writing regarding a HORRIBLE experience I had at this hotel. I was in town visiting from Chicago and decided to stay for the weekend. I stayed from Jan 19- Jan 21st. During this time I was BITTEN on my back, ears, neck, arms and legs. I reached out to the hotel manager to explain what happened and he/she has not helped the matter in any way. He/she has actually been very rude and nasty about the situation. I was forced to go to the ER due to the inflammation and the itching from the bites. The physician confirmed it was bed bugs bites and I'm now on a steroid and other medication to try to help it. The hotel had done NOTHING about this. PLESE BE AWARE OF THIS FACILITY. Oh yeah I stayed two night and they call themselves doing me a favor and refunding me back one night REALLY. I have to pay for the ER visit and medicine and deal with the irritation it's NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I did not want to press any star but I had to press one so I can post a review but they get DOWN DOWN ZERO. read more

Checked in around 3 pm and was informed by desk clerk my only choice of room was on 2nd floor next to highway entrance with two beds or king size room. My advance reservation through Hilton honors website was for 2 beds and she states these are my only options . So in addition to having the room next to the highway entrance we also had the noise from the common area/ breakfast coming up through our floors and the noise of people slamming the door to the stairway as they went to other floors. The rooms are spacious and clean but 4 hours of sleep per night for us was not a normal experience with the Hilton chain. read more

Great hotel. Staff is very helpful and personable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety to choose from. Rooms were very nicely renovated with dark woods. Bedding was comfy. Small amount of road noise but that's to be expected when you are located close to the freeway. It didn't effect my sleep however. Fresh baked cookies were available at check in. Stayed for one night on business. Hotel was fine, not full, but given a room overlooking a roof. I thought the gap under the door was also a little large. But staff was friendly (especially checkin lady). Breakfast selection was good too. read more

WiFi is terrible. Don't stay here if you want to access the Internet. The WiFi only works 30% of the time and when is does the speed is slower than 2G cell phones. I even paid for the "Premium" access at about $5/night. read more
