I went to the embassy tire on Prince and let me tell you that these guys Elmer and Sam were the freaking best! After the worst experience at the Embassy tire on 6th Avenue they sure and the hell made me a believer at their shop. They had my tires and wheels in a day, when I was told at the other Embassy on 6th Avenue that they would have to special order my wheels and it would be a couple of days. I walked into the shop and Elmer greeted me and I told him about my experience and he apologized for the other shop and said no worries I got you and within 10 minutes he git me hooked up man he is in point. Then came Sam just has helpful they engage in conversation with you and make you feel that you are the one only customer and that they will do what it takes to get you what you want. Yes that is their job but it takes a willingness to do that and to do it right is extremely rare in this day and. Dan saved me $1,000 in rims. I have a 2000 beetle turbo that has custom rims that not even the VW dealer could take off without welding them off! I had first taken my beetle to the dealer thinking that they could do the job as they told me that the have all the keys to the rims (which they don't). I also trying to buy a key set online but none would fit my lug nuts (they are the toothed kind). I even tried buying a master key set from harbor freight, amazon, and buying the specific size--none of the keys would fit. Everyone else said that they could take off the rims, but that they would have to BREAK them off as well. These rims were expensive! Dan and his team were able to get all four rims off without breaking anything. No one else in Tucson could do this, and all under $100. This is the beat tire and wheel place in Tucson by far, not for their size or clientele, it is about how they treat people. I had a problem with a wheel that couldn't be fixed but they helped me as much as they could and were honest about what they could and couldn't do. They could have billed for their time and energy but they didn't. They really wanted to help me,and for that they have gained a life long customer. Though it was far from my house it will be my tier and wheel stop. It is more that worth the drive! These guys know their stuff, treat you rite and have excellent customer service. I am a outside salesman who works out of my car. Today I found myself in need of a set of tires. I brought my car into Embassy and was greeted by the owner Marco. He had the tires I needed and had me out in under 30 min and did not skip the little details like cleaning my windows, checking my spare , and vacuuming my seats. If I had gone to Discount I would have had to wait at least an hour or scheduled an appointment for the next day. Like many of us out here time is money and Marco and his team saved me both. I have been coming to this business since I moved back to Tucson in 2018. Yesterday 1/26, I went to the Valencia office for a flat tire and it was easily repaired. We had a chuckle because the young technician didn't know how to drive my "stick shift" truck and I teased them about writing a bad review... went to get my breaks fixed recently and the staff was amazing they did a great job on my car and their customer service was excellent the guy in the front office Sam was great with my daughter and I he made sure we were as comfortable as possible while waiting for my car to get done. Went to the 22nd St. store to have my rim checked and repaired/or purchase new wheels since I've been having a constant leak, and tire was fine. Junior had his guys remove the tire and inspect it for damage. He came back in and indicated that the weight inside the wheel was causing the air leak so he removed and readjusted the weights. He said he'd like to sell me a new wheel, but mine was perfectly fine. No charge. I'll be back and highly recommend. read more

I was in town for a volleyball tournament and my car had an issue while driving. My husband found this shop and I was able to bring my car in for the repair of a serpentine belt and install of an alternator. Sam was amazing. I had cracked wheels from potholes and did not want to replace them. The dealer suggested I have them repaired. Sam was very helpful when I called and said they could fix the wheels for $320.
