We had the fried calamari, bruschetta, fried ravioli, and seafood stuffed mushrooms for appetizers. We had the lasagna, chicken parm, and pepper steak for our main course, and an assortment for treats for dessert. Galena is part of the driftless area which was missed by the glaciers 10,000 years ago leaving limestone bluffs and rock outcrops that make it look like Montana. The wildlife is incredible there. We stayed in a villa that backed up to the woods with a huge variety of birds. The villa we stayed in was clean and tastefully decorated with local nature photos. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. We did not try the food or lounges only because we had brought groceries with us.
