They are always super nice here and they have a variation of prices and services so there is something for everyone. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because sometimes there regular polish doesn't last as long as I would like it too (not a fan of gel)... Got a gel mani on Monday morning. Spent 40$ on a sloppy job on a glitter mani and accent nail that didn't even last an entire week. The gel is chipping on 3 nails and almost completely lifted on another. The woman who did my nails was unfriendly and didn't even bother to clean off most of the glitter and clear gel residue from my nails. When she gave me a massage it was one of the most unpleasant I've ever received. She actually punched me in the back of the neck 2 or 3 times. That was extremely uncomfortable. Afterwards I actually went home to soak the mess off and clean them myself... I will definitely never be back. What a waste of my time and money. read more

I love that the gel polish lasts pretty long on my nails before coming off, at least 2-3 weeks. It's definitely my new go to nail salon, even though I have to drive 20 min to get here. My only complaint is that it's always sooo warm inside the salon! Turn up the a/c please! read more

Absolutely horrible!!!!! Walked in seemed like a nice place I asked them if they had time for 2 pedicures sure no problem. Great picked my color when and sat down I sit with my feet in the water for 30 mins my friend is getting ready to be massaged and polished and not one person comes to say be with you soon, nothing. The water is cold by this point I'm impatient and over even getting a pedicure we weren't looking to go one at a time so I opt to not get one since she's in the home stretch of hers. So other people that would have had to wait an hour got to go ahead of me I noticed they never gave them a time frame either. So I'm waiting for her to finish and this woman walks over and rips the lining out of the tub and then pulls the plug on the massage wow that's no way to get someone to ever come back the reviews of awful customer service so true. Won't ever be back so sad beautiful place ugly staff! I like that right after I wrote my review of this place 2 people that work there wrote how great everything was on the very same day stating the same thing with broken English. Clearly trying to keep from lowering their stars. All they really need to do is apologize for their behavior and read all the other 1or2 star reviews explaining waiting being rushed and how rude especially the manager is. This was my third visit to Embellish. I went in for an appointment with my friend on a Saturday afternoon. We were both getting gel fills. The owner sat me down at her table 20 minutes after our appointment time, and my friend was sat down at a different chair. I picked out my colors and explained what I wanted, and felt I was understood. I asked for my nails to be shorter, and figured I would be checked with on the length. She checked with one nail, I asked for it slightly shorter, and she filed down my acrylics to nearly my fingertip, which was not how short I wanted them. She got my colors, but the polish ended up raised and when I got home I noticed my nails were also crooked and not filed down completely. The polish also is along my cuticle. I called later in the afternoon (same day) to ask about how I can go about getting them fixed. The owner basically told me that because they were short, they couldn't make them longer. I asked about re-doing my nails with a new full set, and was told that since I said it was OK that I shouldn't complain. I got frustrated and hung up the phone. My friend later called to see if there was a miscommunication, and while they did offer a 50% off the full set, the owner was very rude and condescending on the phone. When I couldn't get in for an appointment, I asked for a refund and was told they would not be giving me my money back. The owner blamed me multiple times for her mistakes in both the polish and the length of my nails. I've had positive experiences with Angelina in the past and would give her a five star rating for both times she has worked on my nails. This is unfortunately going to be my last experience at Embellish, for I don't feel my service is valued there. read more

I tried this nail salon yesterday as it was really close to my house. I called to see if they could take me right away and the lady said to come in. As soon as I walked in, she told me to pick colors and I was seated immediately. The salon itself was nicely decorated and everything seemed nice and clean. They used a liner for the basin in the pedi chairs, which is always a good thing. They were quite busy but had plenty of employees to take care of everyone. I got the basic mani pedi for $28. I thought it would be very simple, but it included a wonderful citrus scrub and lotion massage for my legs. The young woman who worked on me was quick, but did not leave anything out. I got a hand massage as well as a back massage at the end, which was great. My nails look good and I am happy I came here to try it out. This will definitely be my regular nail salon if my experience continues to be like this in the future. read more

My daughter and I went in to get pedicures. There wasn't a wait, which was nice. Our pedicures were alright, at best. They didn't massage our feet at all, even though the pedicures we chose were supposed to include a massage. I chose to have the callus remover done, but my daughter didn't. Upon paying, my daughter noticed that they over charged us. Within a day of our visit, both of us experienced extreme peeling on our heels. Over a week later my heels are still peeling and it's nasty! We also opted for gel polish, despite the fact that is $15 more per person. Well, within a week the polish is completely peeling off! After spending $100 (without tip) for two basic pedicures, I will never ever return to this place! I only gave it two stars because it was very clean and they use bowl liners. read more

I have been going here for 2 years now. I drive a long way to come here too. The owner who has been doing my acrylics, has recently become rushed, rough and totally f'd up my nails. She made them too short. Used the wrong fill color. They are all uneven and one side of some nails are accualy higher. They even have imdicoloration spots and bubbles! My daughter had a nail appointment today and when I walked into the nail salon one woman ( a worker) with long brown hair and glasses looked at me and then turned and looked at another worker ( a man that sits near the front of the shop on the right side) said something to him then they both started to laugh. Of course they were speaking in their language and I couldn't understand what they were saying. While sitting and waiting the same woman looked my way multiple times and I almost said something because I did not like the way she was looking at me, the man looked at me a few times but not as much as the woman. What I observed while waiting is when Caucasian women walked into the salon the workers acted normal and didn't laugh, giggle, or start making comments, but when an African American woman walked in their eyes got big and the same two workers turned and looked at each other and made faces. I am African American and this place of business will not ever get a dime of my money due to what I observed today. I came in a week before my wedding to make an appointment for me and my bridesmaids. I let them know how many people and what services we wanted. I also asked her if she could place me with someone who could do great designs. (I really wanted my nails to look good for my wedding day). So we come in the day before my wedding and somehow for whatever reason they place me the bride with the grumpiest nail technician guy in the place. He was annoyed from the beginning because I wanted a design, then he was mad because I took 2 extra minutes to pick out a base color. Then it really escalated when I explained the shape and length I preferred for my nails. I have no idea what this guy's deal was but every word he said to me was with a rude loud tone to the point my bridesmaids noticed from across the room and had to step in to help me out. Thank god another technician caught on and came over to finish the job. I was having a great day right before my wedding until I came into this place. Sadly I left with nails I didn't care for or want for my wedding day with no time to run out and have them fixed. I recommend this place be a little nicer and take care of your guests better. I got to say this is a really good nail salon. Their prices are decent but let me tell you it is WORTH your money. They give you a nice mud mask for your legs and feet! It leaves a mint feeling that will wake you up. Also no other nail salon does a good callus remover they actually remove your calluses! It has been more than a week and my calluses are still gone! :0! They also make sure to file your gel nails so it won't look so thick which I prefer. Hands down awesomeness! read more

There was a time I would give this place 5 stars. They still do a really great job but the female owner's attitude continues to decline. She makes me feel like I am unwelcome. She speeds through the process and is not friendly at all. This last time she was so rude. I thought it was just me till another client commented on her attitude. She is MEAN! Her husband is much more pleasant. Angelina? Is really good too. I will make appointments with specific people I guess.
