They play good calming music and I love the vibe. I hadn't worked with anyone yet so I asked for whoever and he did a really good job! The other nail artists had appointments back to back with loyal clients and I feel like that's a great sign. My granddaughter and I changed to OBI and we have absolutely LOVED IT! Clean, quiet, relaxing, everything is not covered in dust (huge pet peeve of mine), ALL the staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating. If you have not tried OBI you definitely should. They had a HUGE selection of polish colors. The whole process took about an hour including sitting under the dryer and waiting, which is great! I think overall he did a good job and my nails don't have any obvious mistake. The not so good: I was not greeted when I came in at all. I had to find my way to the sign-in sheet and just sit. There wasn't many pleasantries--no conversation or small talk. They chatted a lot and were super friendly with the "regulars" but even when I tried to chat it wasn't well received. The worst part was that he was pretty rough with my hands and fingers. I guess he was trying to go quickly but it was even painful at times. I understand that some maneuverability is required but in all my years getting manicures I've never experienced anything like this. It was a lot of twisting my joints to get fingernails and better angles and weird wrist twisting to get to my thumbs. i have hypermobilty in my joints and even I felt discomfort. Another reviewer mentioned the roughness as well so maybe this is just something when they're in a rush. The bad didn't totally outweigh the good so I'll likely return for my fill-in unless I find something better. It's possible it was just a bad day, especially considering the other positive reviews and his clean and nice work.

Didn't have appointments, just walked in and were helped right away. No problem. To be honest, I take care of my own nails at home. Always have. When I was young, like early 20s I would get acrylic nails done but that quickly became too expensive and irritating to maintain. So, since then I really just forgot about visiting nail salons. Really glad that I went. Pedicure was so relaxing and much needed. I was a self conscious about my feet since, as I said, I maintain my feet and nails at home. It had been awhile since I had done a scrub down with a pumice stone, but these ladies weren't even phased. Nails were painted to perfection. I keep my nails very short for work, so my manicurist had her work cut out for her, but she did a fabulous job. Color selection was great. Think I will try to do mani/pedis for my daughter and I once a month, so worth the money to treat yourself.

The polish and design are still intact. The 2 breaks were clean so i was able to save the design by filing my nails, so you can only see that two nails on my left hand are shorter than the rest. From afar, no one can tell how old the manicure is and I'm still getting compliments 30 days later. I have never had a gel manicure last this long. Usually there is always one or two nails where the polish come "loose" at the base of my nail, so it starts to chip then I end up peeling off the polish and destroying all of my nails. If you live in Hebron, it's great for a quick in and out for those that don't have a regular manicure place. Will be back!!!!
